Also seemed to say he's not going to even bother getting into that talk about his relationship with Josh and the team because that's for the media to do whatever they want to do, and all that matters is what's actually true between him and them, can't really disagree with that. The last part is definitely interesting as to his future with the team, you could take it in a lot of ways, honestly the way Diggs is talking the whole interview it comes off as him just acknowledging how tough the cap situation is and with how his season ended not taking where he is as a certainty.

Yeah Shady defended it well, but it's just an awful way to have guests on a podcast that when they're about to bring up something that they'd have cool insight into, they were talking about QBs being cool but most having a bit of nerd in them or something and talking about Cousins, Dack, and Vick. Shady tries to say something about Josh and Edelman ***** derails it into this tired debate we hear everywhere. Did he drop a fatman TD pass at some point?

Man Edelman is awful, skipped around the video the bit about Josh to see what Shady said about him, spoiler we don't know Edelman didn't let him say what he was wanting to say and made it about what he wanted to talk about with Josh. So Shady is basically on the defensive the whole time as Edelman vomits the same old tired narrative.

The only one of the 6 voted in that's going seems to be Tua and at least two of the alternates opted out at QB as well. So Tua plus your 9th-13th best/highest voted QBs ***** amazing.

Yeah it surprised no one that he became a QB coach, felt like it sucked for us at the time but he wanted to keep playing longer so he went to the Giants where he had a shot to be an actual backup where as here he might have had a shot to become the QB coach. But with the Giants he did actually get to start the last game of the season when they rested their starters with seeding locked up and threw the only TD of his career, so probably worth it to him. Still haven't seen anything mention on here or anywhere about Matt Barkley having aspirations or aptitude to be a QB coach besides the obvious being a QB.

I would love that open against New England with a new HC and a rookie QB.

It feels like we've been obsessed with putting in an old backup QB we like as QB Coach ever since Davis Webb was on the team. But it's not the same thing, there was talk around Webb the made it sound like he might be someone who'd want to transition to that kind of job someday and be good at it. I've never heard any of that about Barkley.
