I said it at the time but taking on both duties and having an OC that didn't know what he was doing put too much strain on him. With Brady besides the timeout to have Allen run it on 3rd and 1, seems to have been able to focus more on the defense and the game as a whole. Or at least that's what it seems.

If this is for HC and Coordinators then I'm pretty sure the GM roles can be interviewed and hired during the Playoffs and that's supposed to be their role. Yeah I don't get this at all, we wanted home games, guess what this is the kind of weather you get at home in Buffalo during the Playoffs, we've been working all year on being able to run the damn ball and being able to stop it too so why don't we just ***** do that.
