  1. Was their passing game limited due to the QB more than anything though? I kind of think it was after watching two very separate halves of football in the National title game.
  2. are they serving Red Bull and fireball to the players at halftime now?
  3. Yeah, but that requires him to dress up. That means designer jeans, sandals, and a long sleeve button up shirt, untucked for maximum coolness.
  4. I bet a beef n cheddar from Arby's would change your mind.
  5. I thought Teller was a LG and would challenge that spot and Miller would be back battling Ducasse for the RG spot.
  6. why are they focusing on him at all? You'd think they would be focusing on guys that are elite right now like Brady/Rodgers/Brees/etc. But yeah, sure, trash talk a guy who hasn't won a starting job in the NFL yet.
  7. I think Daboll is going to have a lot of say in Allen's development. after not being able to play his QB in Alabama last year and having Hurts forced on him, then being involved in this draft process he knows what he is getting and will have a plan to maximize Allen. Might not be day 1 week 1 but when the time does come, I think Allen will be ready. We have too many detail oriented coaches at this point who pride themselves on perfection to throw Allen out there wily nily.
  8. Ok left to right drink orders: Vodka/soda close the check Mich Ultra please, and can you give me a non frozen mug? Cheerwine please! You got that new Avocado tequila? Jack/Coke but with a lime double tall
  9. left to right Manspreading can i leave timeout yet? Just happy to be here questioning sexuality He said Wuhhhhh?
  10. I don't think the Jets were far ahead in their evaluations of QBs as much as they just didn't care which one they got.
  11. Pretty sure anyone, man or woman would be lethal with a golf club, I mean it Tiger's wife chased him out the house with one I guarantee you he was scurred.
  12. The Orlando Predators used to be an awesome night back in the 90s. Every girl on they put on the jumbotron went Girls Gone Wild, beer was cheap, and the T shirt cannon fired off about every 5 minutes. Football, no there wasn't much of that, even with Jay Gruden as the HC.
  13. Yeah, no doubt. But they all say the same thing "it's a business". So approach it like a business. You don't have to like your teammates or their opinions, but you have to respect them and work with them like everyone else in this world. But Bosa probably should cool it with the tweets. He's about to be put under a microscope. All he's doing is giving the interviewers more non football related material. And all he is doing is getting himself crossed off some team's lists.
  14. You're right it has everything to do with it. Question is how fake does a person want to be in order to appease the people above him doing the hiring (drafting). I imagine many owners share the same views he does so might not be an issue from that perspective, but the locker room I can see as a problem.
  15. I did indeed. I do like what I saw from Daboll at Bama. Working with a QB who couldn't throw the ball down the field...familiar? But then when he got a QB who could, his offense completely changed. So I'm confident Daboll can actually call plays. We'll have to see what his gameplanning is like. and his ability to develop a young QB>
  16. Valid concerns, especially about the locker room. But then again lots of guys don't have friends in the locker room.
  17. Oh this is going to be must see TV. Mayfield, Hue Jackson, Landry. There might be the first QB/CB fight on the practice field and the first pregame crotch grab at the coin toss.
  18. I really hope he does not. I don't agree with all that crap, but be who you are. Why do people have to pretend to be someone who goes along with the mainstream just for approval from the masses. As long as the aren't as stupid as Allen's were, fly that flag high and have your own opinions.
