Gotta tell ya..I was just thinking yesterday how much I hate the phrase “sprint to the podium”…overused, meaningless, add nothing term…

I think they are the best team in the League now… mainly due to Josh Allen… I expect them to win every game …they aren’t going to though…no team ever does in my decades of following this sport…they will lose a game to a bottom feeder like the Jets… or maybe lose a game they shouldn’t after being up by 2 scores in the last quarter after getting a bit complacent… Fingers crossed though that they can win the last game of the season in Feb 2023 so I can tick that box after 40 years…

I agree …maybe they will take both.. I think Bates is the only OG signed past 2022… I would draft an OL, CB, S and WR each year …even if you are set at any of those positions, try and find the next Diggs or Hyde late Day 3 where these guys were picked …

The only caveat is that he was on the left side last year.. From what I have read Saffold is LG leaving an inexperienced pairing of Bates and Brown on the right…. Anyway… it’s obvious they like both of them so onwards and upwards..

People were saying all of 2021 that Morse was going to retire at the end of last season….I think some underestimate this guy When did Morse have his last concussion? I recall that people have been talking about his concussions since he got here but he has seemed pretty durable to me these past couple of years.. However…I don’t think he will be here either come 2024…particular at those numbers …but the concussion thing probably won’t be the reason… I don’t think Center is a need now this season… I would roll the dice and push it out to next year… Assume Bates is the backup C in 2022…

Yeah but there is a difference speculating on a player to draft or pick up in free agency or to re-sign which is kinda the point of these boards… particularly in the offseason…. But trying to analyse what a player “means” when he posts an emoji or cryptic tweet… I dunno about that … just my opinion…
