I’m still dirty on the way he played in the Championship game …. Cant say I’m excited about paying him after that …but they are probably going to…

Ok… I didn’t get those vibes ..but he should be feeling some pressure now with JA going into Year 8… I heard a stat recently that Josh is the third oldest starting QB in the AFC now which was a little sobering .. My gut feel is that he will roll the dice this offseason before the draft … they have some draft capital and will be cashed up when he makes his cuts and restructures

They will take the approach with each player individually that they think will produce the best results to motivate them to improve …. Some may need a public call out whilst others might respond better to more personal encouragement…

What did they do ? Improve yes … but I still would aspire to better

DT is the red headed step child compared with DE since they overpaid for Star and drafted Ed Oliver …decisions made 6 years ago … I don’t get why they haven’t tried to draft a 1T to develop since Harrison Phillips in 2018

I can’t see anyone lining up to give up an asset and then pay Milano a base of $9.3M … I’ve been thinking that Milano and Daquan Jones are the likely candidates to get the Beane annual haircut deal for 2025 …

I expect them to outdraft their position… Edit - I will say though that 1 year is too early to make any definitive assessments of a draft class…

Monos comments about the Shaq Lawson pick on his watch We wanted a DE …( sounds similar to a criticism of Beane being position focused) , that was a bad draft in general ( excuse making) Shaq was our best option ( apart from Chris Jones lol), Shaqs deal was he came in and needed surgery straight away… ( they knew about it apparently but medical guys don’t always know their stuff) , Shaq wasn’t the best in shape …. Yeah … maybe he shouldn’t be criticising anyone else .,..
