  1. He's most likely a fraud? With his track record? And his statement that we will all feel shame?
  2. If Marv is warning the fans, he's also warning potential free agent signees (to stay away). This was a self serving statement designed to keep the pressure off his regime. Meanwhile free agents read this. In the end, we'll attract the guys who play only for the money and not the guys who need to win. Way to go Marv, great marketing!
  3. Don't worry, I don't think he's playing this Sunday.
  4. Didn't he do "American Sportsman" too? That's one of my oldest memories of watching sports on TV.
  5. The scary part is, how many of these decisions were supported by Modrak?
  6. How can anyone really claim to make a valid comparison at this point? Comparing JP playing with the Bills offense to Big Ben playing with the Steelers is like comparing apples and oranges. I do think it's painfully obvious, though, that JP would look a heck of a lot better playing in Pittsburgh, and Roeth. would look a lot worse in a Bills uniform.
  7. With all due respect to your inside sources (deep within the Bills organization no doubt), we really don't know who made the final personnel decisions that a) resulted in the starting lineups each week and b) Mike Wiliams fateful move from RT to LG.
  8. Just like water, he sought his level.
  9. Cool. I'll have to keep on the lookout for this.
  10. Opinion #1: We'll see.....Just because Marv fell into the Bills HC job at the right time (with a plethora of young talent and the best GM in the league) doesn't mean he has any qualifications to run a franchise. Opinion #2: I for one have no confidence in Marv at this point. Fact: 31 other teams felt the same way, as Marv was openly lobbying for jobs for years and never got a sniff from anyone. Many of you may not want to hear this, but correct any factual errors I've made with this sentence.
  11. So we get another coordinator who will be learning on the job. Been there, done that.
  12. The only think I don't like about this is, the NFL Network isn't in HD. Hopefully that will come soon.
  13. Good stuff, and maybe I missed it in your analysis, but I didn't see where you took into account the huge factor of the level of talent a coach had to work with. To look at a coach's won-loss records without considering the level of talent he had is incomplete, IMO. Coaches don't work in a vacuum. Oh my God, did I actually just validate Levy's decision?
  14. If it is Jauron as HC, we are absolutely rudderless. His defense in Detroit regressed, and he has absolutely NO record of improving offenses. His offensive coordinator selections have been absolutely hideous. As much as I distrust Marv in his new role, I simply cannot believe he made this move until I see confirmation from OBD. I just can't believe we'd go in this direction when a Mike Sherman is out there.
  15. AMEN. I want TD back.
  16. Yea, you can't argue with Jauron's track record.
  17. I'm very unhappy with Marv as well. Why people think he walks on water is beyond me. This egghead selection will just extend our misery further.
  18. Hopefully that site goes no further than page 3 of TSW. Total cheeseball.
  19. HC - Sherman OC - Caldwell DC - Capers
  20. Jauron has a checkered history of selecting offensive coordinators. Just say no Marv.
  21. Clemens? I've heard of him, great pitcher. If you are talking cornerbacks, you might be referring to Nate Clements.
