Looking at that site in relation to the size of First Niagara Center, it looks like it would be a tight fit for a foootball stadium. And yes, I think having the projects as neighbors is a big issue. I hope the "great fans" of Buffalo are prepared to have ticket prices go up. Depending on how the stadium is financed, I could see increases of 25-100%.
