  1. Immediately my eyes are drawn to....the horrific horse collar!
  2. Right. But it's still early. That they have incorporated it into their strength and conditioning is impressive to me at this EARLY stage. I agree that Whaley is the traditional talent evaluator and Brandon is the big picture/idea guy. Brandon is clearly steering the overall course of the franchise.
  3. I have seasons in both the clubs and the lower bowl. If you are looking for your neighbors to be loud and "into it", you might be somewhat disappointed with the clubs. In terms of fan intensity, it's definitely a notch below the rest of the stadium - which cuts both ways depending on your taste (some people prefer that). What I've never understood is why half of the club seat holders spend most of the game inside, watching the wall of TVs like they're at a sports bar. It's like, um, do you people realize there's a LIVE NFL game about 50 feet away, outside?
  4. It's laughable to me that some of you really think Brandon's talk of an analytics department is a marketing ploy. What super-nerd is going to base his ticket buying decision on the hiring of a few statisticians? I understand the skepticism about every word Brandon utters, but some of you need to check yourselves.
  5. You think that the stadium lease, new coach search, transition from Buddy to Doug, free agency, the draft and OTAs are "a whole lot"? I agree 100%. Gimme a break.
  6. Does this explain the PRE-GAME heavy drinking? IMHO, many people see a Bills game as a community party and an excuse to get stupid.
  7. I see what you did there.
  8. Now that is funny.
  9. Do you really want to hear Jeremy "know-it-all" White (who doesn't, BTW) talking Bills football? Joe B and Murph are the only worthwhile Bills programming on the air. I listen to them "on demand", but listening to the station live is usually a waste.
  10. Link? I recall no timeframe given for Buddy's departure.
  11. Exactly how many plays has he made or not made? I have't seen a play by play narrative, only thumbnail reports. Guess you are one up on me.
  12. Agree, in fact I think he could easily be the day 1 starter. Also, I think Searcy will start over Duke Williams.
  13. Have you read the link directly above your post?
  14. Agree. And how about the scouting and pro personnel staffs, as well as the assistant GM position? Buddy has upgraded everywhere, with the latest upgrade likely at head coach.
  15. OP: thanks for changing the thread title. Hate coming to TSW for football chat and and seeing that garbage.
  16. Apparently Buddy...he traded away the guy he picked.
  17. After watching this video, does anyone still think Buddy's not in charge of the football side? The "Whaley's in charge" bs was flying all over TBD during the draft.
  18. I may be a sucker, but I can't remember a year when I COULDN'T find something to be hopeful about.
  19. Tim Brando, who watches a lot of college ball, thinks Gragg was a steal in the 7th round. Check out Brando's comments at 6:40 of this video.
  20. I guess the marketing guy can wheel and deal as well as sell hope.
  21. Sadly, my collection is a veritable chronicle of Bills futility. I have a throwback white Trent Edwards (which is actually a very cool looking jersey if you disregard the name & number), a Nike white Fitzpatrick which is now unwearable, and a blue Dareus that I got as a club seat incentive, unfortunately it's too big for me. This year, I decided to grow up a bit and buy something timeless - a dri-fit polo. Coincidentally, it just arrived in the mail a few minutes ago.
