  1. Once a George Floyd occurrence happens they have their martyr, then it will be really on.
  2. 👍 Russ Meyer movies, like Ed Wood movies, truly unique and unto themselves. The 1930 version hits hard still.
  3. Still, with downsizing of new baseball stadiums that’s been going on, tickets have got to be up there. I haven’t gone to a game in 20 years, maybe it’s not as bad as I’m thinking.
  4. So is it they figure they can charge a fortune or that not many will be interested?
  5. If one has Prime Video, one can watch the local news of many big cities across the country.
  6. If one has Prime Video, one can watch three local L.A. TV stations for up to the minute news.
  7. I thought the song was kinda lame, but by the reaction in the bar seemed I was the only one. …...kind of a recurring theme in my life.
  8. Talas Tuesday at The Barrelhead. Will Billy Sheehan’s head hit the ceiling on stage? (he was tall and wore platforms, ceiling was low)
  9. Double Bonus: Every Quentin Tarantino film Every Wes Anderson film
  10. A DOME UNDER 2 BILLION????
  11. This might be…..no, this is the best picture captured of AOC I’ve seen. Wonder if it’s intentional innuendo? 😏
  12. This was a pretty good catch:
  13. Don’t think it off the mark to say Sly was the Godfather of the funky hippie trippy music.
  14. Ain’t no way I’m giving up my Home Depot store shopping. Got 3 within 20 min. (Hamburg, W.Seneca, Cheektowaga). I use it as a ruse to kill time to get out of doing things at home. I’ll kill an hour easy to buy a bag of 4 screws, lots of times I don’t buy anything. I’ll also say this one doesn’t have something so I have to go to the other to see if I can find it. If you’re in the area and see an old guy in a Yankees hat in a candy apple red chromed out Lariat sitting in the parking lot of one of them for awhile, don’t call the cops. Stop and say Hi.
  15. I bought it because I thought it looked cool, didn’t need it, total impulse buy …..did I learn my lesson? Of course not.
  16. My ex(2nd) use to go to his house. Her ex played hockey with Valby, said it was amazing, this be in the later ‘80’s. She also said he had a maze of some kind in his backyard. Guess the idea was to get loaded and lost in it.
  17. I have two also, the standard Jazzmaster, and this open face Skeleton I got hoodwinked on. It displayed great in the store, because, as I found out, the lighting in the store is designed to enhance everything. Got it home, threw it in the dresser, didn’t wear it for months. Finally do, can barely see the hands, they get lost in the open face, can’t tell what time it is. Basically, I bought a bracelet.
  18. Yes. There’s ‘70’s Madison Sq. Garden shows starting from ‘73, late ‘70’s WWF studio shows, there’s over a 100 shows from the ‘70’s. Name a star wrestler from the ‘70’s, he was on there. There’s territories shows starting from 1980 onward: WCW, NWA, AWA, Southwest, Mid Atlantic, Smoky Mountain. Every single WWE show that was on USA network. NBC Saturday Night shows. All the NWO, ECW in their own categories. WWE house shows from ‘the 80’s. All PPV’s, Wrestlemania’s, Royal Rumbles, and so much more…..way more.
  19. Is someone disparaging Hamilton watches? I have a Jazzmaster Skeleton. It has sort of an open face and the hands aren’t in clear view when they sweep over the open face area. Can be yours for $750.
  20. I do. But, I’m getting rid of it when I’m done rewatching the hundreds of wrestling shows from the ‘70’s, ‘80’s and ‘90’s they have a few more times.
  21. Guy got in the ring to encounter and do the unimaginable. He gets big kudos from me.
  22. Continuing with how IV, Houses of the Holy and Physical Graffiti came about and went down and life during that epochal era would, I think, have a somewhat broader appeal as this is the era I think most fans discovered Zeppelin in real time. I was about 14 when Zep IV was released. Something I didn’t realize and learned from ‘Being Zep’ was how accomplished and coveted Page and Jones were as studio musicians for such a wide variety of music and being so young at the time. Jones being an arranger of mega hits was truly impressive. ‘Goldfinger’ and ‘To Sir With Love’? I mean c’mon….🤯
  23. He was somehow related to my 1st wife, they’d talk occasionally about him being in NYC. Never heard or saw him. Someone I did hear and see because of her was Buffalo’s Vegas boys, the Scinta Bros. Her cousin hired them for his summer luau’s before they got steady work in Sin City for quite awhile.
