Allen is so freakishly good. I think it’s safe to say if they went uptempo a few weeks ago they are probably 6-1

This team needs a DT and a corner. If they can land someone like Theilan or Dhop absolutely but man we can’t possibly keep sustaining teams running it on us like this.

Bills vs Tampa Bay. On to Week 8

No Huddle! Uptempo! -
That’s what I’m saying once they figured out by mid second quarter what the pats plan was they weren’t really stopped by anyone and probably would have won the game in OT if the D would have just gotten a stop. They need to change and go uptempo in the first quarter

We can analyze this over and over but once the Bills figured out what the Pats plan was they really weren’t stopped unless it was Dawsons drop. What is a concern is their first quarter offensive possessions where they seem to methodically take their time to get going. Part of this maybe to shrink the game to protect the defense. The other part of it maybe trying to establish the balance so many people talk about. I think a simple change in tempo and letting Josh call his own plays maybe the best idea for the time being.

Article on Josh Allen's state of mind
78thealltimegreat replied to Drew21PA's topic in The Stadium Wall
He seems to be saying he’s trying not to get over amped at the start of games and feels like he plays better when he’s just going slow and steady. There really is nothing wrong with that but the slow starts make it seem like he’s not mentally in the game till the second quarter. I would rather Psycho Josh show up in Cincy or KC or Philly as those games he’s going to have to be the best player on the field. If he has to be the best player on the field to beat a mediocre Tampa team this team has structural problems that won’t get fixed till the off season -

Bills vs Tampa Bay. On to Week 8

This honestly has loss and 4-4 written all over it. I hope I am seriously wrong but the amount of finger pointing on this board is probably even worse in the locker room right now. How they respond on Thursday night is going to tell you pretty much how the rest of the season might go. A comfortable win they hit the reset button A close win every game is going to be a grind A loss of any kind and this team is officially done and the season is going off the rails by Halloween. For those of us who remember this board before 2018 the last one was the way our season usually went so might get a little nostalgic they tuck away Josh on IR with his shoulder let Kyle Allen lose every game and comeback in the off season with a top ten pick. -
Ahhh so now I know who firechans Id is thanks big guy!

Why is everyone focused on the Offense here?

Ok I forgot Tyrod Taylor thanks for reminding me -
Yes didn’t you read Joe Marino it was all Allen’s fault he knew Dawson had a wrist injury and didn’t throw it hard enough to stick it in his Facemask on 4th down

You have to understand Pats half this board absolutely hates Josh Allen and any loss is his fault. You should read the analysis of some of the podcasters blaming Allen for everything. The other half of this board is analytical and realizes there are other problems at work on this team. It’s always been like that with Josh somehow despite leading the team back to take the lead 25-22 it was Allens fault for not being able to rush the passer and get to Mac Jones.- 126 replies

Mac can’t play don’t let yesterday fool you the guy lost 34-0 to the saints at home two weeks ago. Bills just have zero people who scares anyone on defense now.

Devils advocate...what is Josh is the problem?

See we need to goto the QB store and order another QB who will have nearly 200 touchdowns before his 28th birthday. Well there’s been so many drafted franchise QBs why look at the Bears with Justin Fields or Carolina with Bryce Young or the 49ers with Trey Lance etc…
