  1. Unless you follow the Chargers; happens quite frequently. ?
  2. Yeah; Chargers went into the Gus Bradley prevent special to burn clock. Almost cost them though.
  3. Damn, that Andrew Luck just threw in the dirt twice in a row. Man, he sucks. Plus he runs too much.
  4. Damn it Luck, quit using your legs to gain first downs. You won’t last in this league with those easy runs! (Sarc)
  5. Don't lie, because if you had truly watched his film you would have seen the EXACT same thing in your last sentence.
  6. Check out this little clip today from Carson Palmer on the rookie QBs: Coming from an established QB. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDTjEpe8AZ4
  7. No not at all. I watched him at Wyoming and you could immediately see the enormous talent and untapped potential. All he needed was the right coaching to teach him to harness that potential (TBD). If you remember after the 2017 Draft - Schefter had told him several GMs had stated he would be the #1 pick of the 2018 draft. I believe he went to the right situation - he personifies Buffalo.
  8. What is a real bonus with a guy like Allen, is that 3rd / 4th down and shorts are pretty much a gimme!
  9. ...all this plus a year to hone his short game and study his butt off on defenses.
  10. I would have figured you would lobby to take a QB! Hmmm interesting.
  11. I guess it would depend how bad his back is. Could be hard to trade if he is damaged.
  12. Makes you wonder about the coaching.
  13. Daboll is calling a horrific game. No adjustments.
  14. That number will come down as he gains more experience and continues to hone his craft. I think the front office thought about the direction the Bills offense and they wanted a aggressive downfield attack and settled on three QBs at #7 - Mayfield, Darnold, or Allen and figured one the three would be there. I could be wrong, but I am not sure Rosen or Jackson fit that narrative. If Denver took Allen at #5, then maybe Buffalo would have settled with Rosen. All in the rear view mirror now, but I interpret Daboll's offensive scheme as a lower percentage yet aggressive approach, which with a raw prospect like Allen will have wow plays and WTF plays. I think if the Bills wanted a more high percentage - conservative approach they would have preferred Mayfield or Rosen.
  15. When you say 60-61% will work - what exactly does that mean or equate to? More wins? - hardly. Derek Carr has a season 68% completion percentage this year; how's that working out for him?
