    The key question to me is would Flores have filed the lawsuit had he been offered the HC job with the Giants. If the answer is no, then you know the lawsuit is about him and not blatant discrimination across the NFL.

    It might come down to who a jury believes ... did Ross really offer $100K per game to throw them and then try and tamper with Brady ? Or will the jury hear that Flores is a disgruntled coach who was fired after a 9-8 season and didn't support the franchise QB ? Ross has deep pockets ...

    I disagree ... there are nine openings as of this morning and despite the playoff loss, his defense was highly regarded. Remains to be seen how much he playoff loss damaged his rep.
