  1. All those scenarios are terrible and his situation is bad too. But your're creating a made up connection between weed and real addiction/ mental illness. Most cant/shouldnt judge without being in their shoes, but bottom line he chose to smoke weed on top of everything else. Fact is, right or wrong, he was busted for it over half a dozen times, and only weed to my knowledge. Quitting should not be put in the same class as people with real issues, he made his choices now he has to live with them. Not saying hes a bad person or anything but he's an adult who made those choices over an 8 year span.(Mic drop) Im out
  2. Dude that happened to me too! I had no idea that was going to happen and I legit thought I was losing my mind haha. So glad im not the only one
  3. See you cant separate the two paths here. If I can quit weed so can he, I cant speak on other situations which are much more serious. But his 5 failed tests in the pros and 2 in college is because of herbs. No excuse whatsoever
  4. True, and I fully believe people shouldnt judge without knowing the entire story. Ive bit my nails for 28 years, smoked tobacco for 8. Everyone has their own situation and vices but gd weed is the only thing hes been busted for. Cant think of a justifiable excuse
  5. Exactly, I dont have close to the incentive/opportunity/resources he does. Other drugs I understand, but its time to stop giving passes to people out of pity. Dude is an adult and its time to accept responsibility.
  6. Wrong, over the last 10 years i probably havent smoked 20 days total and had no reason to stop. Until I started looking for a new job, my current/next job wont pay jack, especially compared to his opportunity. Was it 4 failed tests in 5 years? He just sounds like a mentally weak person with no will power or ability to recognize what an opportunity he has been given. Spoken by a weed "addict" with 0 will power.
  7. Hey guys im in two championships this this week but im a habitual over thinker. Good team but my qbs stink, would you guys start? Rivers/Allen,Carr. Other league DWatson/Baker?
  8. Josh Rosen's last game Mic'd up: "......................................................................ugh.....................aw dang it..................."
  9. Serious question, how many of JA's games have you actually watched? Hes going to end up being a softer Jay Cutler with less of an arm.
  10. But he'g got like 10k posts, thats an ogre not a troll. I can understand being mad the night of but damn near every single point is in favor of Allen. We knew what we were getting at this point but I dont see how Allen isnt better than advertised and Rosen isnt worse (I knew he would be, hes mentally softer than baby sh*t)
  11. All your 'truth" is doing you a lot of good now. You deserve to have your fan card revoked after next year when Allen is looking like the real deal and Rosen is falling down chucking ducks. SHAME
  12. Give me 5 Richie Incognitos if thats what it takes. Not really, but our players really do need to do a better job of defending each out there. Too many cheap shots go un checked for my taste
  13. You're right. People will only see the first line and argue. He should have caught it but the ball was high while he was falling down and it was contested. Wouldnt put it 100% on him
  14. This^^. Im 28 but idt i've ever been as excited about a QB here in Buffalo. His tools are top notch but his drive to win and focus on getting better is only going to jump with a year of experience and a better oline/weapons, which is impossible to downgrade so. He'll still make the occasional dumb mistake but hand up I was wrong about wanting him to sit a year. The kids going to ball out for us
  15. Not only is his value dropping by getting outplayed by McKenzie and Foster, he just doesnt show anything that separates him from me coming off the street. Honestly I dont think he can even handle the zip Allens puts on the ball which is pretty scary.
  16. This is such a perfect comparison haha
  17. I would really rather go OL over WR. Receiver is obviously super deep this year and JA has shown he can make a decent receiver out of nobodies. Give him more time in the pocket and take a WR later, make a much bigger impact overall
  18. Well hes got 2 more years on his contract so idk what you mean. But thats before all the big contracts will hit us so id at least be interested to see what 2 years of his prime will get us while we fill other holes.
  19. 11 mil is not that heavy of a price for the arguably the best db in the game, we can definitely afford it. I would absolutely rather trade for a WR/OL but if they could work a deal where we trade our first (top 10) for their second I would be all about it. I doubt it would be that cheap considering what Macks price was for 1 year on his contract but hey im a dreamer.
  20. So I know this was already a thread but after 15 weeks of evaluation, I was wondering if Patrick Peterson was worth trading for and how much you would pay for him. I assume he still wants out in Arizona and it would be amazing to pair him with White. 2 years left on his contract (11 and 12 mil) before we have to re-sign anyone big.
  21. Yup, ill admit it now. I was very wrong about Cousins, still cant believe McDermott never emailed me back though Aaron Rodgers Packers $134,000,000 $33,500,000 $78,700,000 $19,675,000 58.7% 2024 UFA Matt Ryan Falcons $150,000,000 $30,000,000 $94,500,000 $18,900,000 63.0% 2024 UFA Kirk Cousins Vikings $84,000,000 $28,000,000 $84,000,000 $28,000,000 100.0% 2021 UFA Jimmy Garoppolo 49ers $137,500,000 $27,500,000 $48,700,000 $9,740,000 35.4% 2023 UFA Matt Stafford Lions $135,000,000 $27,000,000 $60,500,000 $12,100,000 44.8% 2023 UFA Derek Carr Raiders $125,025,000 $25,005,000 $40,000,000 $8,000,000 32.0% 2023 UFA
  22. Take your blinders off man, you must be the only one who doesnt recognize TE19 is way younger than LVE22. Ignoring that is just plain short sighted. Now im not saying one will be better than the other but to condemn Edmunds after 14 games is just stupid. if you didnt expect a greater learning curve for a 19 year old vs a 22 year old you're stubborn to look at something rationally. I bet TE will be better in 3 years than LVE is now, but at this point I like our boy
  23. Wow, kinda like a bills fan wet dream. A stable O-lineman who doesnt get penalized, makes the trade worth it now.
