Every Josh Allen snap in Bengals Preseason Game 3
Fred Clause replied to cd1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All you proved was he was under pressure a lot. Now if you are so good, on the plays where he held it over 2.4 Seconds, How was the receiver separation? What play was called? You’re patting yourself on your back for providing useless information without the rest of the story. I hope you up your game the rest of the season, cause right now, you’re wasting everybody’s time... Um too soon, try showing it a few seconds later when they had time to react... -
Calling Shananigans On the JA hate
Fred Clause replied to GoodHands15's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No question it was the line to start with, I think the longer it went on, the more problems Allen had with it. What we will never know is what were the plays that were called, but maybe the all 22 can shed some light if he was missing open receivers due to the pressure... -
I need a maybe. I need someone who is better at this than me to look at the all 22 and tell me were there open receivers out there that Allen did not have the confidence to throw to? That would surprise me as he hasn't been afraid to throw the ball as of yet. Some complained he should have thrown the ball away, but he was still in the pocket most times and had his own lineman pushed into his face. The tv coverage was so close, I could never get a good read what was going on with the wide receivers. I do think that if Clay & Benjamin would have made those catches, it could have been a different story....

peterman will start, always the plan

You can’t throw the ball away when you’re still in the pocket and your center is pushed into your face. That being said maybe if some of his early passes would have been caught maybe he wouldn’t have melted down. Peterman probably wouldn’t have faired much better, defenders are going to sit on his receivers, take his short game away. if the line doesn’t get straightened out, there is serious trouble ahead... -
Why the hell didn't we address the OLINE?
Fred Clause replied to Klaista2k's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That side isn’t doing so well either???? -
When the line is pushed back into your throwing lanes before you have even taken your third step, it’s hard to find an open man. I’m not saying Allen didn’t cause some of his own problems but Peterman did not have pressure st any point in the play that Allen faced. Maybe if the receivers would have caught a few of the catchable balls, the story would have been different. He lost confidence the further he played...

Wasn’t even s misfire, if you look closely it was more Benjiman being shocked by the velocity...

Why is nobody discussing the offensive line?
Fred Clause replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’ll probably get slammed for this , but Shady just looked slow and disinterested last night. There was a play where his blocker was engaged and all he had to dovwas take it to the outside probably for 10 12 yards but he cut back into traffic and gained about 3. The Cleveland backs just looked much quicker, maybe he’s lost a step.... -
Must be hell for you watching Allen out perform the veterans on this team. So far the haters are looking quit foolish, hopefully that continues. You should turn your sights to the online or linebackers, that’s where the real problem lies with this team...if you can’t see that Allen is already better, there’s not much to discuss...

A lot of people here questioned his talent, a few thought he had what it takes...
