  1. Sounds like you’re not a Bills fan Moose Knuckle, why are you even on the board? What’s the matter, your narrative not working out?
  2. Maybe I wrong, but I thought they said they went to watch him play a few times his Sr. Year. He hasn’t been playing the position as long as the others and was considered more malleable. I don’t know if he will turn out, but they did do extensive research on him, this wasn’t a flash in the pan pick because Darnold was gone...
  3. If you are making this point, you didn’t pay attention to his college team which was run first and put him in a lot of bad situations of third and long. They were never a winning team before he came and with limited talent he had them well above 500. Context matters...
  4. If he puts the Benjamin pass on target, it’s most likely intercepted. Going long with the slowest receiver we have is foolish, he was double covered and he doesn’t fight for the ball. The Watts sack was his fault, I thought he could have stepped up on the other 3rd down sack if he would have trusted the line. By far his best appearance since Minnesota, definitely improving...
  5. More brilliant advice, and how many games would you give that draft pic to develop before you call to cut him and draft another?
  6. Not in that game.. now you're making things up.
  7. That was his first throw of the game , he was on target after that, stop being stupid...
  8. You are both F’ing idiots. Both hits were leading with the helmet, the hit to the elbow was way past when he threw the ball. It was considered dirty from the start. It amazes me how dumb people will speak when they don’t like a player...
  9. Not the point, and his injury happened on a play where most of the fools on this board complained he wasn’t doing or wasn’t able to do, standing in the pocket, delivering a fantastic strike down field. Injury could have happened to anyone, and was a cheap shot that should have been penalized. Point is, you would have cut Manning as a rookie, no denying that. The position that demands the most patience for developing and you don’t understand that...
  10. Good thing you weren’t with the colts, you would have cut Manning by the 7 th game ...
  11. Very well thought out post, unlike most of the other drivel on here.?
  12. What a moron, that’s one or two passes out of 40 and doesn’t take in account the offense run. It’s as useless overall as your posts are. His line and receiving options are better and he has played against weaker opponents. He also was considered more pro ready. So again you and people like you are clueless.
  13. You need to pull Sammy’s rib out of your butt, Allen had the least experience and was in the worst situation for learning in College. Everyone including draft experts said he was raw and needed a year or two to develop. And here you and other morons are calling him a bust after 5 games. He’s also in the worse position talent wise and has had the most difficult schedule. But hey your right, the kids toast...You would go far as a GM LOL .
  14. Exactly, that’s why everybody screaming bust and unhappy about the record is being ignorant. First off this year was never going t be about competing now, 50+ million reasons saw to that. It was to be about developing Allen and rebuilding the defense. I imagine The offense was not supposed to be this bad, but if they were looking for better picks next year, maybe it was. I think McCarron not being what they thought he was is the biggest thing that went wrong with the plan, this caused Allen to be inserted much sooner than expected. Unfortunately the BS hit to his elbow may slow his progression this year, it may also give him a chance to take a breath, step back an d review film, and study what has been happening so far. If it’s just a few weeks, it will be ok.
  15. They shouldn’t, he was considered the least pro ready with the most upside. Where people go wrong are the ones who say he is already a bust, or that he is not improving. It’s easy to see the baby steps he has been taking from his first start, and as long as he keeps this rate of growth by the beginning of next year if they get him a few true weapons the future should be bright. I saw one third and long yesterday where if he would of stayed in the pocket he probably could have thrown for the first down, instead he tried to run and got sacked. The pocket was collapsed and he may not had a good throwing lane, just enough Seperation on Jones that a veteran Qb should have made the play. Beyond that, the improvements are obvious, he lookedat times at progressions and avoided turn overs. Nothing spectacular, but on course for a rookie playing before his time...
  16. Most of the deep balls they have been having him make have gone to Benjerman, who is never open and is always blanketed by two players. Most would’ve ended up interceptions as Benjamin never fights for the ball.
  17. So have your posts, but unfortunately we can’t rely on an injury to make you go away...
  18. Just cause you don’t like Allen, doesn’t mean you have to post like a loser....or maybe you do...
  19. And you thought Geoff was a bust his first year too, so who cares till Allen gets some time to figure things out and gets some real weapons...
  20. Maybe you should leave this country if you think it was so bad. Your take on this country is as bad as your takes on the Bills...
  21. Yet he is better than anything in our roster, so your point is foolish, nice try though...
