My bad should of broken that up different. I know them two were top 100 picks. What I was trying to say is them two were not premiere picks and the bills have way too many holes to draft a running back in the top 100 this year.

I agree but we should use our first three picks on a qb and some o lineman. If you have a qb with a good line everything else just falls into place and shady or any orher back wouldnt be the offense only. Runningbacks can be found anywhere just look at Hunt and Kamara who have had great years. I just don't think it makes sense to waste a top 100 pick on a running back when we have much greater needs.

How about timely turnovers as the reason they made it?

I'm not saying the mentor is going to physically teach a rookie how to play. What I am saying a rookie is going to watch how the mentor plays and pick up on things they do well and not so well. I believe that is one of the best ways to learn the qb position is to just sit and watch someone who knows what they are doing.

It goea beyond the numbers with Smith and Taylor. It's the intangibles such as knowing how to throw the ball away on 2nd and 2 instead of taking a 10 yard sack.

Problem is having a rookie qb sit behind tyrod does nothing for his development. Tyrod offers nothing to teach or show the qb of the future. We need to bring in a true pocket passer and let a rookie learn the ropes from him.

I was 8 years old the last time the bills made the playoffs. I never once thought of changing teams during the drought. I think you either need to leave it as is or bump up to 8 teams. 1 team on a bye offers way to much of an advantage over the rest of the teams.
