  1. It really sounds like you're the one that has a bias towards Allen. He threw a TD that basically no other qb is gonna make, in an insanely tight window, into double coverage. Yea, he really shouldn't have got that TD. He should've thrown it away since he didn't see the open man. Who needs points?
  2. Why would we trade McCoy? I’m my opinion, unless we get a kings ransom, it would be pointless. What would you be happy with in return for McCoy? I agree Murphy looked great, but I see no upside to trading Shady.
  3. I thought when Allen got to the pros, this would not be the same issue. Get someone that can catch a damn ball! The Wyoming comment really smacked me in the face.....yikes!
  4. When we start to feel sympathetic for millionaires because the billionaires won’t pay them more money, I’m not sure that anything is relevant. Theres a lot of hate directed towards the people with most of the money. The billionaires should give more to the less fortunate millionaires? How will they sleep at night?
  5. The way I see it, their careers will last possibly as long as mine. It seems more and more players are starting businesses. If you think they DESERVE to get paid like that, then let’s just agree to disagree. They still have opportunities to work in a different career. And now that they are millionaires, and/or have “celebrity” status, they have more doors opened that were not available when they didn’t have money or unrecognizable. They are grown men getting paid to be lucky genetically, work hard in a gym, and toss a ball around. The argument that the players make their employers billions and therefore should get paid more, is a moot point. I work for a very large car dealership that generates a very large amount of money annually. I want a larger cut too, but so does everybody. People just want more, more, and then some more. I don’t think they should make half as much as they do now. It it seems that people just get mad at the owners for being successful. Some people would like to tell others how to distribute ones cash. It’s all perspective. If you place it on a pedestal, it may seem fake. So with pro sports being fake life and all, I think all pro athletes should be paid an annual salary of 895 million red m&m’s, 37 packages of ding dongs, and a coupon for half off of purchases of $50 or more at Red Robin.
  6. You don’t think backup players make enough money??? Why don’t you come work with me and you can do my job and I’ll sit back, because you’re better than I am, and I’ll become a millionaire riding the bench. ........doesn’t make sense to me either lol
  7. Pretty hard to imagine you don’t know of him. He always had the best write ups and was more than thorough. Astro’s a living legend around here! Lol
  8. O F*ck Off. It seems like every 13 days or so, some genius wakes up saying to themselves “I’m feeling like being a giant douche bag today, but where to direct my douche baggery?!?......Hellllloooooo. TBD.” thanks buddy, keep up the good work ??? P.S. ^^^^^^ These are the first emojis I’ve used. Thank you and F*ck You for that.
  9. This guy can be hilarious. Look up his video on being a vegan or gluten intolerance. If you don’t laugh at that, you’re not human. The series is named something like “Ultra Spiritual”
  10. Before this goes any further, thanks for putting in some effort. I think Zeke is good runner. I think he had a great rookie season. I also think McCoy is a generational talent. His elusiveness and awareness make him special beyond his yardage in my opinion. Having a rookie QB break out on the scene the way Prescott did, definitely had an effect on the amazing rookie year by Zeke. No defenses had tape on Dak and therefore had to scramble and figure out this double headed monster the cowboys were fielding. In Buffalo, McCoy was the only star shining at least half as bright as they should, on offense. He was the premier back in a system where opposing defenses knew there wasn’t a QB on the field who could actually throw, and McCoy still plowed through and gave his all for the team. When McCoy was in Philly he had a great team around him and put up some great numbers too. In my opinion, you couldn’t ask for more than what Shady has provided for his team, regardless of said team. I don’t see Zeke having the same career or imprint on the game, as McCoy has. Two more solid seasons and I’d be willing to bet McCoy is a HOFer. I just don’t see Zeke getting there with what he’s shown to date.
  11. Thank you for clearing that up, I appreciate it. In that instance, you might as well try the Smiths and Petermans of the world. I understand the Bills were in the playoff race, unlike when the Giants decided to try, but Tyrod had to be given a message and the team had to try something else. Lol agreed. Actually made me chuckle
  12. My line of thinking is a comparison to an NHL goaltender. In almost every conceivable way, the starter will be better and you would never bench him for a half rate bottom feeder, who is currently riding the bench. Not all backups are terrible, but some are. Replacing any QB named Manning with any QB named Smith does not sound like a good idea initially, but when you look at the specific reason that a change may occur, a Smith may get put in. Not a dumb move in some cases
  13. Maybe that’s a similar case to pulling Tyrod mid season. And I for one, was totally behind the benching of Tyrod, regardless of who was 2nd string. When a guy needs to be pulled, so be it. I haven’t paid much attention to the Giants other than hating on Odell any chance I get. Eli over Geno every time.......unless Eli needs to be benched, like some starters occasionally do. Was the benching warranted?
  14. Battered women.......sounds delicious. Doesn’t make it right
  15. Donkey Kong Suh “the bus” “Meatball” Marsha Brady i don’t know if this counts but Revis Island was amazing
  16. Sorry in advance All in on Allen? Stand with Siren Neal??
  17. I’d like to see them get paid like hockey players. Theyre playing a game and keeping their bodies in great shape. Does that warrant $5-30 million a year? Maybe you should look up how much important people make, just a suggestion. What about the mayor of your town, president of the U.S., the bus driver that drives our kids to and from school? In your opinion, why do they deserve to make even more than they already do? Im sure it’s obvious, but I’m also not a fan of how much baseball and basketball players make. A bunch of loud mouthed jocks are not anywhere near important enough to society to justify their ridiculous paychecks.
  18. Lol I knew what you meant but thought it was hilarious anyway
  19. I don’t even think this needs a response but you perhaps misread a previous statement. While off the clock, be my guest to kneel during any event or at any time. Hell, do it at work and get fired for all I care. The players act like they’ve done nothing wrong because it’s a good cause to support. Its a fact they have no rights to freedom of speech at work.
  20. Im gonna dig in on this one a little more while it’s right in front of me. In your opinion is Harvey Weinstein easily replaceable? Does that mean he should be above all rules and laws??? I don’t think so, but hey that’s just one opinion The venue should not matter. He is on the clock and an employee of the nfl.
