  1. As long as Gabe Davis gets similar targets to the number he got after joe Brady took over play calling the last time he was a bill I would be okay with signing him
  2. Right now is the absolute height of excitement and prices reflect that my opinion is wait until right after week 1, once people get their fix of a game tickets will start moving down in price
  3. Admittedly haven't watched hard knocks in years but the bills season seems extremely boring It all seems to be a lot of fluff, things the bills themselves out out in 3 minute clips on Twitter not hour long highly produced HBO show
  4. This was said about saquon Barkley last season but can be said here now as well Would you rather pay 13 million to Gabe Davis or James Cook A 12 million dollar pro bowl running back that performs and puts up stats is the least of the bills future cap worries
  5. The rookies on the D line look good in my opinion
  6. That's an impressive throw, taking a pretty big hit to do it
  7. He was trying to say teams have to game plan for everything joe burrow can do, especially with checks and audibles Vs Josh Allen only having to game plan against Josh Allen He was putting down the entire bills offense while calling Josh Allen dumb Turns out chase is actually dumb and had no idea how to phrase what he was trying to say
  8. To me it really depends on how the defense plays this season If it's more of the same, beats bad QBs, gets destroyed by good ones You have to seriously think about moving on Last season legitimately gave me hope about his coaching as previously I've wanted him gone since the Houston playoff game
  9. If no extension is in place, the hold out/in will end as soon as game planning starts for week 1
  10. I'm pretty sure the bills were investigated for their handling of benford There are a lot of cameras and people around the team right now that may not have the bills best interest in mind So be overly cautious as to not give low hanging fruit for the league/other teams to come after the bills I'm making a lot of assumptions but could see this as a possibility
  11. The dude has made a living off being injured
  12. Two thoughts on the crazy amount of injuries 1. I wonder if the bills are being overly cautious with all the cameras around the team especially after the benford passing concussion protocol so quickly in the playoffs last season 2. Would be curious if injuries and rehab are off limits to hard knocks cameras unless specifically given the ok by the player thus creating some private non filmed mic'd up time
  13. When cook says business it could mean a few things in my opinion Contract negotiations aren't progressing or are non existent They are actually very close but haven't signed anything yet but will with in a day Trade talks picked up
  14. It looks like the trainer has him test it while walking
  15. What's funny is about a week ago I read an article that the contract would be signed instantly as soon as the bengals offered a bit more bonus up front rather than December Low and behold it's offered and signed
  16. If that's what you're worried about, when you decide you are done having season you can gift your PSL to friends or family for free. Or ask the people that sit around you if they would like your PSL
  17. This conversation actually makes a lot of sense If memory serves correct the bills did everything to sell out and stop the lions run game (what the lions offense is built on) The lions refused to give it up until the fourth quarter, and by that time the clock was on the bills side
  18. So during my meeting I kind of asked /skirted around the topic about selling all your tickets Basically once you buy the PSL, the team doesn't care what you do, the stadium is going to be 100% season ticket holders, no single game tickets expected. So the team will get the all games paid for A lot of the getting rid of season ticket holders that sell is for two reasons, you are under cutting the team to sell your ticket and the team themselves take the loss on unsold single game tickets or overly cheap tickets or there is a massive wait list for season tickets (green bay) and that's just doing right by the general fan So you need a PSL to purchase seasons. Therefore the PSL market place will replace any wait list
  19. I wish I was in the meeting for this one The Johnsons are one of a kind What's funny is that who ever thought of this idea, thought it would do the exact opposite Like the goal of this buy back is that the tickets will end up in jets fans hands rather than opposing fans but this gave the average fan a playbook on what games to sell on a third party website
  20. Idk if anyone should expect to get the initial cost of a PSL back a few years down the road, let alone more But if you like going to games, a $1k-$1.5k PSL in which you can pay off over 18 months interest free isnt terrible
  21. Nothing but he isn't on the bills anymore so....... Let's pour some gasoline on this and see if the fire really takes off
  22. Pretty sure it was this board but a few years ago, a wgr host started a debate on their show that was word for word a thread that was started a hour prior Proceeded to just read the posts as their own opinions and own counter arguments
  23. Next season according to my ticket rep will all be sold to season ticket holders, so single game seats will be all re sellers Which the market could be wild especially early nice weather games
  24. I feel like Denver and Russell Wilson did this just a couple years ago, like 4 or 5 straight to start the season
  25. Does he want to do what Hyde did last season? That would be the only way I'd be interested in signing him
