My property taxes went up recently due in part to a project I worked to exposure unfair, regressive property tax structure where historically redlined areas have been paying a higher % in property taxes than in wealthier green zones. If the score is tied after 2 drives, the ball is placed at the 50. Each team alternates on O for one play. The next play starts where the ball was downed. If one team scores a TD, game over.
