Or that being President precludes you from any legal culpability from actions prior to holding office? In any event, the Supreme Court may well be asked to weigh in. That's their role in Constitutionally ambiguous situations. I'll tell you one thing that the proponents of Impeachment have on their side, and that's precident. Impeachment post office has been used to try Governors and Senators for crimes in the waning days of their term. We shall see if the Supreme Court says it can't happen to a President. Setting aside whether you believe Trump did, or did not incite a riot in attempt the intimidate the VP and Senate to overturn the results of the election, what should happen to an outgoing one term President that does incite a violent riot to try to alter the certification of a Presidential election?

Impeachment isn't a process to remove an official from office, though removal is a consquence of conviction. Impeachment is a process to bring criminal charges against an elected official. And it is the only process that exists to bring criminal charges against Presidents. A President or former President cannot be brought up on criminal charges by any body but the US Congress for acts that transpired while in official capacity in office. So the argument that a former President can't be Impeached for crimes while in office is bogus. It is the only way it can happen.

There's algorithms built into YT by the music publishing industry. In most cases, registered songs will be flagged but be allowed to remain up without penalty to the uploader, and the monetization will be directed to the copyright holder through the publishing company. Certain groups forbid this, and their songs are automatically pulled down... I can't imagine there's a guy out there that wrote a 1987 song about the Buffalo Bills who would prefere nobody be able to listen to his song.

That's not really how YouTube works these days. YouTube monetizes songs for the copyright owner pretty automatically, so most of the music industry is ok with anyone uploading any song to YouTube.

The Chiefs D has clearly been one of the best red zone D's in the playoffs. Do I wish the Bills would have scored a TD at the end of the half? Of freaking course. But I don't see McD taking 3 as a sign of him playing scared. I see that as McD reading the tempature of the game and seeing a shaky performance from the O against an aggressive D. If it were my choice, I would have run Yeldon on 3rd and 4th down in both of those goal to goal situations. But I don't blame him for taking 3. The worst possible outcome in that situation was getting stuffed on 4th down to end the half.

I was pissed when we didn't go for it before the half. Putting 7 on the board there changes the whole completion of the game. But so does getting stuffed on 4th down. Look, the last time the Chiefs lost in the AFC Championship they gave up 4 redzone rushing TD's to the Pats. We need to be able to run the ball for TD's in the redzone in order to beat the Chiefs. We lost the game bc we weren't good enough. Not bc of any one mistake.
