  1. No....Tua has not hit 13 games. He's not reliable.
  2. I would look hard at Phins QB moves and poach Skylar Thompson of PS if they are so bold as to cut him. Would be pretty dumb w Tua's issues....but who knows?
  3. Likely more to the Dantzler story. Too bad he had some potential and I know Tasker and Brownie were high on him.
  4. I thought he was in a similar situation to Diggs ....too much dead money to cut or trade.
  5. Gibson has been fine since. He's been forgiven by most . He's gone on to do a lot of good. I can see you are a rush to judgement type. Already have me pegged as some radical because I don't think it's wise to accept related evidence or rush to judgement. This situation is vastly different. Saying the emails were too disgusting to publish seems unlikely. Either way, we have a court case that will either vindicate Gruden or prove me wrong.
  6. The actual emails have not been published. Everything we've heard is hearsay.
  7. I don't think we've ever seen the original emails. Whoever wanted to cancel Gruden found more power in "summarizing" or paraphrasing them. Take for example the "racial bigotry" aspect, which has not existed in his reputation. The root of this was supposedly an email where he made fun of Demaurice Smith and his lips. Take that for how you will, but I see that as a huge stretch.
  8. I could care less about Snyder but did not like how the Gruden situation went down. That being said, I never loved Gruden. Odd guy. Certainly a big ego.... Did they ever even release the actual emails so we could read the content and judge for ourselves? I don't like the notion of someone vetting something and telling me how they thought it sounded. That's witch hunt hearsay. Not enough to destroy a reputation. I never felt like this was a fair shake. My guess is Gruden, who refused a lucrative settlement will win in court and get a monster payout.
  9. If by Articulate you mean some pretty stammering responses and long winded metaphors ... He honestly sounded nervous. I know Dion is no dummy, but I just don't see the aspect of him being eloquent in this session or having some broadcast future. In a perfect world, I could honestly care less about his weight, I just see the correlation to his build and declining speed and performance. The film was much worse than his PFF grade....and even that is not great. I'm worried about Dawkins. It's a huge year for him, and I'm hoping he gets focused.
  10. He wasn't that well spoken. Hopefully he is hitting the gym hard and not eating too much. The shirtless w sport coat deal the other day was comedy . We will see about Dawkins, but the game film shows a very uneven season last year.
  11. I'd rather Fitzy got in. Never liked Luck....was a snob. Don't like how he did the retirement either.
  12. Agree article is not well written. I agree almost all the guys could be gone, but more likely traded. Talking RB, don't snooze on UDFA Dark horse Jordan Mims. He had 19 TDs last year and 1400 yards at Fresno St. Guy has worked hard and produced. Murray was cut off on on last year and bounced on PS. He could easily be a cut w/ the same role and expectation. Hines is far too talented to cut and has trade value. I still say he makes the team. He is one injury to Cook away from being a critical player on the team. We would not have an ability to stash him on the PS. I don't think Morse will be cut. Bills have options here, but I think they would keep him. He's too good. His downside that he's one concussion away from retirement is valid, but the bills have several options to shift him to IR if needed. If that were to happen, yes I could see him being retired or let go.
  13. Bills easily win the division and are the only playoff team from the AFCE. Jets will be a disaster. The nightmare bad coaching and in game calls by Saleh that cost them the playoffs in '22 will continue to haunt them . Sauce takes a step back and Rogers is a turnover machine who struggles to stay healthy. They ironically fail to match even '22 's 7-9 record. Phins are scrappy, but both Hill and Tua miss 4 games and the team maxes out again at 9-8. Seahawks are terrible. Geno's overlooked poor play in the 2nd half last season proves to be his baseline. Team goes 5-12 and Carrol is toast. Giants win NFCE and sweep Eagles. Eagles struggle with Superbowl hangover and limp to second place.
  14. How do you get 1st team all pro but not make this list? Milano is like a top 30 player Well he was all pro....
  15. I thought Garrard was a better QB with some more consistency and throwing ability.
  16. He was solid, but his limitations were really visible in games like the Jags playoff game. We really could have won that game w some mediocre QB play. That being said, he's a class act. I thought we should have kept him as a back up, but they chose not to go that route. I think he's well remembered, but the fact that he did nothing of consequence after he left probably does not make us dwell on him. Was a good Bill for sure....
  17. Here is what we are working against: He disliked Allen from the start. He is very close friends w nick wright. Cowherd has a west coast bias. He's also interested in building up fan bases in big market areas, so usually cuddles these markets. He's enthralled by academic or trendy coaching....aka Pete Carrol kinda stuff. Yes, agreed he loves gimmicky offensive stuff too. The guy is a character, full of himself and has become above research or rational thought. He prides himself on intellectual, or rather pseudo intellectual versions of hot takes. Many of them fold under any deep look. He's not as wild as Nick, but he's still a construct.
  18. I don't know if anyone even watched film on Williams in college. He brings a big stick and thumps.
  19. The other guy made this point , not Colin. Anyway the point is we DID go heavy on OL. Brought in best G in draft and another guy we feel great, then several other options in case other guys don't work out. There's even a solid backup plan at C. Honestly it was good work on the OL by Bean, detailed planned work, that appears thought out and overt. Bean deserves better than this uninformed ham fisted take by Cowherd. I am worried about Brown, but Bean likes him....and he has options if he doesn't work out. Then we got bigger at RB bringing in thumpers. 2 depth WRs I personally find intriguing and cut the cord on a couple of guys in McKenzie and Singletary we both upgraded.
  20. Sorry, head to toe our roster blows away the Chiefs....with Miller and Hyde healthy, its not even close...though I admit games would be close games due to Mahomes and his ability. Folks just had this kind of article written, or the garbage spewed by Cowherd today written the day after the season ended. The Bills are now completely loaded. Its the best Bills roster since the K-gun prime. I think the Eagles overachieved last year and are not as talented top to bottom as we'd like to think. Definatly lost some talent. A lot of rookies replacing viable starters, and a lot of movement on the o line.
  21. Not at all...no one questions Torrence anyways. He's an all around G. Mc Govern is a good pass blocker , def a fit.
  22. What the hell is he talking about ? We brought in like 5 new OL including a top Guard in the draft. Bills have had a crazy good off-season. They've nailed all their needs. Ridiculous take. DL was a bigger problem in that Cinci game.
  23. I don't get this. Huge mistake. Frankly the 5th year option was a small error. Guy needs a fire under his ass. Would have considered giving him $ if he had a big year....but not a second prior. Honestly I thought Daquan Jones deserved this money.
  24. I said don't be surprised if this guy eats his way out of the league. I thought PFF was very kind to him last year and a contingency plan should be in order.
