I'm not short changing them but it seems to me 2017 was the highwater mark of both their careers.

Questions Surrounding a New Stadium in OP .
ColoradoBills replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall
Football weather when I was a kid (old AFL days) was a cool crisp autumn day. Living in Colorado I don't have a dog in this fight, but I think an in depth "psychoanalysis" needs to be done between domer's" and open-airer's for those WNYers still on the fence. -
How Long will Bill Belichick Remain Coaching?
ColoradoBills replied to Nextmanup's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yes and I think he will push money out to put the best players he can get around him. Making trades and using some future picks too. It's just my opinion. He went nuts in FA this year (something he never has really done before) and he will again this coming year I believe. -

I agree. Brady having his best season ever this year has to eating him up. That's why I think he goes all in and mortgages the future for one (2 seasons) more try. -

I'm thinking he retires at halftime of Saturday's game. If that doesn't happen, I think he is all in with money and future picks for one more try next season.- 74 replies

Oh is that what it means. I read it as the Texans have to keep him hired for 2 years. I guess "employer club" means the Ravens, right?

I'm not sure if the Ravens get the 2nd Compensatory pick. I read this when we were talking about Frazier maybe getting a HC spot. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2021/01/14/nfl-compensatory-picks-for-minority-coaches-and-executives-explained/ (ii) The employer-club shall be eligible to receive this Draft choice compensation if: a. The minority employee hired as a Head Coach or Primary Football Executive has been employed by the employer-club for a minimum of two full seasons; and b. The minority employee is not the Head Coach or Primary Football Executive of the employer-club and is hired into the same position with the new club. There can be no break in employment between clubs.
