  1. The AFC East is the AFC West of 2022
  2. Wasn't he already?
  3. I agree for the sake of depth. It doesn't have to be a front line player that requires major assets going out the door. In fact, with our DL I'm still comfortable with Benford, Elam, and Jackson. But if one of those guys go down long term? Woof
  4. I agree, but in a hateful sort of way lol
  5. Dane Jackson I'm sure
  6. That was a killer. Tua lucked out on that one
  7. The leash should be getting very short. He's playing like EJ Manuel in our London game in 2016. Also, why does Ridder look like he is 54 years old lol
  8. I remember sitting at the kitchen table in my grandmother's house in Cheektowaga when I was 7 years old and watching this game on a tiny 13 inch television. Did the same so many times watching Hockey Night in Canada as a kid. None of my family really watched the Dolphins game in 87 because they were so certain of the Bills losing to Miami just like they always had. Needless to say, they were stunned when Kelly pulled out the victory
  9. I have a very confident feeling about the Bills this week, and not because of any lack of respect for the Dolphins. Miami is the real deal and I have been unequivocal about that. But this game means much more to Buffalo. It is in our house, the Dolphins have been basking in adulation all week, and the Bills are being treated as yesterday's news. We will be ready come Sunday
  10. Not to hijack this thread with criticisms of Dorsey, but what on earth was the deal with the end around called for Gabe? I think my grandmother would have a better shot at making that play work
  11. I suspect the massive amounts of cap space they had also was a factor. Bad decisions are often made when teams are flush with money to spend.
  12. This is correct in my opinion, and the disadvantages of such a strategy are at least as significant as the supposed rewards. Basically, it is the Dick Jauron line of thinking. It would be an erroneous approach when the Bills on paper are at least on par talent wise with Miami if not superior (taking into account offense, defense, and special teams). The only way this plan could be justified is if Buffalo was significantly overmatched in every area versus the opponent.
  13. Unreal, should've been a one yard gain and missed tackles turn it into nine
  14. Ref calls, lucky bounces, Rams self inflicted wounds. It's all going Cincy's way now
  15. Still less of a prick than Burrow or a POS like Mixon
  16. Yeah the reality is they have a garbage fan base who is cocky as hell now after being absent for decades. Combine that with a number of douchey and/or criminal players and you have an easily hateable team.
  17. Not gonna lie, I dislike the Bengals far more than the Chiefs and almost as much as our divisional opponents
  18. Post of the year candidate. Insightful analysis
  19. The concerning part is that our offensive line has played quite well, and yet there have still been struggles. Not sure how that can lead to anything other than Dorsey. The offense is going to need to be much sharper this week for sure.
  20. I like DJ Moore, but he is not worth a 1st and as bad as things are in Chicago I'm not sure they're ready to deal him after being a centerpiece of their trade back just a few months ago. That would be pretty bad optics for a regime that is already under heavy fire. If he could be had for a 2nd, I'd think about it. For a 3rd (highly unlikely) I would absolutely do it.
  21. Agree with the first part. Not convinced making them one dimensional is enough though. We must somehow disrupt Miami's clean releases off the line as well. I'm a bit scared with our ancient back line
  22. I had him in my lineup and yanked him right before kickoff. FML lol
  23. Miami is flat out scary this year. Rodgers injury or not, it is absolutely laughable that anyone thought the Jets were a bigger contender in the AFC East
