Perhaps afterward. He was going on about how he wants Dallas fans to feel pain. He downplayed pain this week in favor of around Christmas. Thanksgiving pain, in his estimation, can be mollified with a good meal.
They were talking about it this morning on Get Up. Belichick sends tape into Riveron, suggesting that a team is frequently guilty of penalties, so that those are watched for during the game. That's why the hankies are no surprise.
I saw on Get Up this morning how Belichick sent Riveron tape advising him of the "tripping" by Cowboys linemen. He reminded the officials of this before the game. So, it was called twice in the game even though it never happened. Makes me sick.
I'm actually pulling for the Ravens. They will win their division, so I'm not concerned about wildcard competition. I want them to get the number one seed so that the AFC doesn't go through NE.
I do agree with you. Against NE though, the running game was working, yet they went with the pass. Only 4 points behind, there was no reason to not run. I don't understand it.
He was running well against NE, but they still put the game in Dak's hands. I think they do the same against the Bills, with an ex QB as offensive coordinator.
I think Franklin was playing for field position. I question it too...particularly the second one when they were at the OSU 36. Granted it was 4th and 7, but Penn State wasn't limiting OSU to any 3 and outs. Field position at that point was moot.
And you are entitled to your opinion. It's a shame this whole thing happened...especially with only seconds left in the game. It marred a solid Cleveland win. I agree with Garrett's suspension, but not indefinitely. It should be a finite number of games, even if it does extend into next season.
What game were you watching? It wasn't a late hit and he wasn't driven to the ground. Garrett shouldn't have swung the helmet, but Rudolph started it, then like a little banty rooster, kept going at Garrett. Rudolph got off easy in my opinion.
Penn State D caused those turnovers. Quite honestly, I thought the game was going to be a blowout, more so after Clifford left so early in the game. Backup played okay. He's a freshman so that may bode well for the future. Penn State D backs gave up their usual big plays...but didn't have the usual PI's. Glad PSU gave them a game after all. OSU should either be ranked 1 or 2 after that win. I expect they will be playing in the championship game.
Sullivan praises Belichick for the same behavior in keeping things under tight control. Sullivan isn't happy unless he pulls at the silver lining of every cloud. If you were drowning, he'd throw you an anchor.
