  1. Omg we called a timeout there??
  2. Hey a sack! Oliver really has turned it up this year.
  3. Letting free rushers into our backfield is just part of the design of our scheme I think 🤷‍♂️
  4. So, do we have a play in our offensive repertoire that defenses don’t know inside and out? Just curious.
  5. No foul on the play???
  6. Been MIA for weeks now
  7. When Dorsey is interviewing for his next job, I hope every team asks him what his obsession is with the shotgun draw.
  8. Omg somebody make it stop w these calls lol
  9. Yeah the sound guy
  10. Classic McD. Only question is did we even bother to work out EJ Gaines before we signed Norman? He's like six years younger, surely there's higher upside!
  11. Thanks for the post. Taron definitely had one of his worst games to this point in my memory. Question, seems it seems like you've been watching a bit of film here: have you noticed the Bills run any "one off" plays? Like, to me it seems like we haven't run a trick play, a gadget play, or just even a unique new look of a play all year. Does that sound right? If we have, I didn't recognize it in real time. Daboll sometimes got a little too "cutesy" with his trick stuff, but he usually was good for at least one a game. Sometimes they worked to great effect, and it kept defenses guessing. It's a big criticism I have of Dorsey to this point.
  12. I wouldn't expect a house cleaning either, not unless this team completely implodes down the stretch... then maybe. Even still, its tough to judge Terry for McD/Beane. Love em or hate em they're the best tandem Buffalo sports has had in 20+ years, and it's not even particularly close. I don't know that Terry needs an advisor, but the Bills as an org needs someone who can maximize the offense with Josh Allen as QB. That, more than anything, is what we need right now.
  13. What's their record against Zach Wilson? It's less than .001 Your kool-aid's expired, brah. Trade it in for a new batch.
  14. Yes we've become very adept at dismantling bad teams and kicking them while they're down. But our record in close games (7 pts or less) during that span is not so much fun to talk about. I'm not saying they've built a bad team by any means. But I also think having Josh Allen means you have to grade them on something of a curve. Look at Belichick without Brady. Look at the start Payton's gotten off to without Drew Brees. It's more than fair to wonder if coaching and/or front office is holding this team back. Maybe it isn't. But it certainly isn't ludicrous to be suggesting it at this point.
  15. McD and Beane were a package deal from the get go. They're like peas in a pod. The number of scheme incompatible players we've brought in during their tenure truly baffles the mind. Few GM/HC combos should be as aligned as these two. You could almost make the argument Whaley brought in better fits for McD before he was given the boot. Including: two all-pro safeties, an all pro CB, an all pro LB and a pro bowl LT. Yeesh.
  16. He might not make it through the first half, honestly. And knowing McD we'll probably have at most 4 active corners... Should go over well, lol.
  17. That's a good point, but let's not also forget that a couple of his made kicks this year were DOINKS that just luckily bounced in. He hasn't looked... pinpoint, to say the least so far this year.
  18. It seems like everyone takes their turn mucking it up on any given play: - Allen throws an errant pass, it’s picked off - Allen throws a sharp pass, catcher drops it - Offense has a good play, negative play drives them back - Offense has a huge play, shotgun draw ends w/ runner dropped in the backfield Even Stef had a huge opportunity for a game changing play and couldn’t hang onto the ball. Not that it was an easy play to make by any means, but when even your superstar player can’t make a superstar play? It doesn’t bode well for the rest of them.
  19. Imagine telling your best playmaker in the franchise’s history to stop making plays. smdh…
  20. Above everything else: I really, REALLY wish we would stop giving bottom-5 QB's their feel-good moments of their careers.
  21. The comedy of errors we see multiple weeks each year evokes a team that's just starting a rebuild. Not a team that's had continuity for over five seasons with the same general schemes for both sides of the ball, complete with on-field captains and leaders who should (in theory) know those schemes inside and out. Our opening series on offense has been getting worse and worse each week, finally culminating today in a one play throw to the other team. The Process indeed...
  22. Bills can't realistically move on from Miller until after next season. Got to hope he can at least get back into the form of a player who can somewhat contribute before then.
  23. I think its a fair point to wonder why we didn't pursue, say, Haason Reddick -- who was not only 5 years younger but signed for $mil less AAV. Von was a beast last year pre-injury, no doubt. But its fair to question if he was the best available option given the age and monetary commitment.
  24. How much of his dead cap do we save if we promote him to GM? Anything..? 😅
  25. 6 first half points against two of the worst teams in football with one of the top elite QB's in the game. At some point we're just gonna have to admit Dorsey wasn't ready for this gig. It happens, but if we don't make a change before it's too late we'll just be squandering more of Josh's prime years.
