    It’s so bizarre anyone could pick someone other than Allen for MVP. He has no defense and no clutch receivers and still has his team on the verge of the 2 seed. We are only even remotely in the Super Bowl conversation because of him.

    Difference this season is a first year play caller. McDermott and Frazier had the benefit of experience to maximize this crappy scheme.

    This is just like the Chargers game with Easton stick last year. McDermott’s scheme really tends to play down/up to the competition. It’s really annoying to watch them just get sliced up by bad/inexperienced QB’s. There’s no good reason for it.

    Spot on. And then after Peyton went down, Caldwell struggled to win 2 games with no shortage of elite, all pro talent at his disposal.

    We have easily some of the slowest developing blitz rushes I’ve ever seen. Basically just taking bodies out of the secondary and adding nothing to the pressure. It’s gross.

    Andy Reid has always made deadly use of speed. He isn’t likely to ever be a #1 but he’ll make plays for them, no doubt.
