Bills Re-Sign Kyle Williams To One Year Deal
simool replied to dgr81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Seems to mirror your posting ability. -
I am fine with any of the top 4. They just need to adjust for whoever that is. Mayfield can start right now, and is probably the only QB I would be alright with not doing anything else at the position. Rosen can start right now too, and Bradford make sense as a fallback if he gets hurt. If they go Allen or Darnold then Bradford makes sense as a bridge.

What if the trade up to #12 is just a ruse?

There seems to be a lot of crack smoking going on here tonight. -
Josh Rosen has "Bust" written ALL over him.

Who can throw in the snow and bitter cold?

Rodgers is only like 9 3/8" and alot of people did not think he would make it in cold weather, which he has obviously blown to hell. It is probably an over blown metric but it is a logical metric if you have ever thrown a football in cold weather. -

It's no coincidence that he has 10" hands (9 7/8"), a far more important metric for a cold weather QB. Unless you can find someone to deflate balls for you, then hand size is not nearly as important. -
Six Degrees of Separation - McBeane Edition

Can someone give me the cliff notes version of the OP? I have a beers consumed - reading comprehension ratio that I am at least 3 beers past... -

Awesome. I am a breast man. If our QB has bust written all over him, he must be a breast man too. -
We have an elite negative nancy crew. I am fairly certain someone would gripe about Beane trading a 4th round pick for Aaron Rodgers.

We need aggressive. We have seen everything but aggressive in the last 20 years. Glenn our best offensive lineman... Nope that would be Incognito even without considering Glenn's chronic foot problems. Hughes was a great player for us, he also has some problems. I don't think he is on the table, I will give them the benefit of the doubt if he is. These guys obviously have a vision and they are going for it. I welcome that. We are going to have a down year regardless of what they do. With close to 100 million in cap room for 2019 -- they can finalize the roster to fit their vision. I prefer this approach to one of fan appeasement and mediocrity, Irresponsible would be calling them irresponsible for it.

Too much for too little. If the Bills were interested in this jack ass they would have kept Dareus.

Was The Tyrod Taylor Era a Success?

Tyrod who? -
Could Hughes be next? $10.4 mil cap
simool replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If that happened you might as well just bronze Beane now and plant him next to Ralph. -
I don't think that is crazy at all Dave. Dorsey likes strong armed QB's. After Dorsey stopped playing for the Packers and went to their front office, his first year Wolf trades for Favre. Look at what he did last season. I could easily see them taking Allen. But Mayfield fits that mold too. Velocity is almost the same. I could see them deciding that both Mayfield and Allen wont be drafted in the top 3.
-
I too think they have been aiming for the Giants. What absolutely blows my mind is that I truly believe Cleveland is going to take Barkley #1. They can take whatever QB they want, it is not an easy decision by any stretch. All four have their own issues. Rosen and Mayfield seem like the surest bets, but Mayfield has baggage and Rosen is damaged goods. Allen and Darnold have got upside, but damn... Tough, tough, call. After what Beane has done so far I have confidence they will get the right one, and if they do; Pegula better lock Beane up for the next decade. Go Bills.

I am fairly certain that this point chart it antiquated. They still use a point system but Jimmy's values are no longer accurate.

What the hell ever happened to Mr. High Level Business Meetings? We should start a pool on what multi he is posting with now. I have seen more than a couple that I could have sworn were him.
