Tua cleared to play this weekend against the Cards

You dislike a guy and judge him as unredeemable because of the guardian cap? Do you wear a leather helmet or some skull protection when driving? Do you don chaps when using a chainsaw? Harsh. -
Week 8 - Bills at Seahawks Game Week Thread
sleeby replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Putting this here for lack of around the league thread. Why are the vikings only 3 point favs over rams tomorrow night. If 2.5 is for home field then why only 0.5 for the vikings? Sucker bet somehow? -
Not exactly the media but vegas putting jets as 2.5 favs over Pitt in Pitt was crazy. Called that out here a few times last week. Considered making my first online bet with that.

10/20/24 Game 7 GAMEDAY Bills vs Titans post game thread

Why does Brady keep josh chomping the bit in first quarters; or even most of the first half? Josh throwing is our primary weapon. Developing a running game is great but essentially not using passing for large chunks of the early game is weird. -
Tua’s Broken Dome (now being placed on IR-out at least 4 games)

" But how do we get it inside the human skull..." through the ears, nose and a small hole drilled into top of skull cap, add non expanding Great Stuff on all sides and Bob's yer uncle. I'm on the fence on this. Was against his choice but when thinking about car crashes, ladder falls, boxers being KOd and worse, MMA, race car crashes, etc, who am I to judge what he wants to do. So. . .which Bills defensive player will get their turn in the negative media when it happens? -
Think beane and Sean would want a 33yo CB?
-
Well, as someone who is experienced and then some, it sounds as though he was TBI prior to this - never heard of anyone tripping wanting human feces on them. Or, as they say, trips are for kids.

The Jets are 1.5 favorites over the steelers in Pitt! I don't gamble but I think this seems like a place i might start.
-
I have seen, I think, every Jets game so far this season. Not impressed. Hall and their two WRs last night was about the best I've seen from them. Receiving is not where they need to improve though. This is dumb. Rogers has a good arm and great accuracy still but I don't see him lasting past week 10 or 12ish d7e to injuries. Then onto tyrod. If it's about this season then improve OL not WR. Smarter at 2-4 though would be thinking long term and post Rodgers. But, whatever, they and the dolphins can wallow a few years, that's an Atlantic coastal problem not ours.
-
The Jets still think they will win a SB. Lol
-
They did not beat us week1 last year. They were terrible. The Bills lost that game all on their own.

James cook misses practice with a foot injury Wed/Thur

Filet mignon is a tender, light tasting, mostly unused muscle prefered by most of the females I know. Tough and hard worked muscle would be the brisket. Maybe Ray Ray will prove to be a sirloin. -
Our D is playing better than they have any right to. Very fun to watch vs HOU. But how long can they keep that up? Add another injury or two and they would likely fall; like last year. Hopefully some.come.back.from IL 100% but who can say yet.
-
This was never to be our year. We're still absorbing von Miller and diggs contracts etc. If the Bills are smart they play for 2026. See what they have here now, save picks and cap and build from what they learn.
-
The Bills should not be desperate. They should not trade our near future years in the new stadium for a spark this season. Just enjoy the season as it plays. Two losses and people lose their minds. 5 easier games up next. Gosh.
-
How many have they lost?
-
Have you folks watched the Jets games this year? I have and enjoyed most of it. They stink. D is overrated and the O can't catch passes right to them. Rodgers threw ints last week and got banged up the past couple of games. Their O-line cannot protect him either. He won't last the season. The only thing that can keep the Bills from humiliating the Jets on Monday is the Bills; offense most likely if it goes that way.

I would love to see them rehire Rex Ryan as HC.

These threads, these posters, remind me of the 1960s psych experiments such as the Stanford prison experiment. When the bills lose, some of our community becomes overly emotional. I was PO'd when we did not try and eat Clock and go to OT yesterday mind you. I have heard that after those SB losses there was a large uptick in depression and such in WNY. Anyhow, NFL fan forums could make for an interesting human psychology doctoral thesis I'd bet. I say this has been a fun year so far. Never expected it to be our year yet we're playing mostly well (save first half Arizona, first half HOU and the Ravens game. The next five games ahead should make WNY psych councilors feel like they are doing a great job. Heh

Yes, they came back to tie the game after a worse than dismal first half.
-
Great come back. Great team. Defense is playing much better than they look on paper with the missing starters. Coaches still have no clue how to manage the final 2 minutes of very close matches. If they ate Clock and made it to OT I think Bills would have likely won as they dominated the second half. Next 5 games are all easily winnable. Not saying they will win all 5 but I would hope at least 4 of the five.

OMG! Stuffed at 3rd and 2 and again on 4th and 1.
