  1. Wonder what the under/over is for combined punts in opponents territory from both coaches? 5ish? Other than that...my favorite matchup will definitely be Marrone Vs his ego. My hunch is he going to be the one to cost them the game.
  2. Welp...we drafted Losman and EJ. We are into our 3rd. Math checks out that this next guy is the one. That said I hope that McBeane let's the draft fall to them. Doesn't panic and just jump for the sake of jumping. I want a guy that can win...but I don't want to mortgage the future. I really think we can find our guy in the 15-19th pick range. Don't give everything away for one guy.
  3. Chips Pulled BBQ Beef Refried beans Nacho Veggie mix (black olives, peppers, onions) 2nd chip layer Pulled BBQ Chicken Shredded cheddar Guacamole Salsa Sour cream Meat sauce Serve like a lasagna. I've also been know to sub out pulled chicken wing dip for the BBQ Chicken.
  4. I don't think he has had a singular throw or drive that is pop off the page memorable. He HAS however had quite a few moments where he escaped the pocket in some unreal way where I was like "Wow". But that's kind of to be expected. He is an amazing athlete. But it's time we get a QB, not just an athletic guy that can loft a few passes.
  5. Soooooo...we doing $14 to Marvin? One for each year he's coached the Bengals ??
  6. I have a large viewing area. And totally worth the trip ? I have toddlers. Twins toddlers. Bring it..hahah
  7. Murphy and Tolbert ran well at times behind that bad line. . Could it just be that the Dolphins focused on taking Shady out? You do realize that the guys on the Dolphins...the defense... they play professional football as well. Right? It's good to see people like you on the board. The " Crud they got in the playoffs but I have a reputation for complaining" crowd. So the real question becomes will your ego outstrip your posting "talent"?.
  8. It will be on at my house. Bring some wings and beer, I'll make my famous 12 layer nachos.
  9. Wood is about to become fully pregnant with the spider Webb package.
  10. Absolute Rooney Rule. They have a few in house guys that will get consideration. Would be a major shock to me if they didn't get it.
  11. Could you imagine the hundreds of thousands of dollars Bills fans would donate to members of the Bills if we ever win a Super Bowl? Anyhoo...what's another bit of cash? $49 heading your way, Tyler. Awesome work!
  12. Honestly this was going to be my pick as well. Possibly the most consistent and reliable guy on the team.
  13. Wouldn't look for it from Blowherd. Wouldn't care if he did. Guy is a goats derriere.
  14. No, but a guy that holds the ball too long could have takes 8-10 sacks and lost a couple fumbles. Or just kept going 3 and out. Or just checked down to a RB or TE on 3rd and 18.
  15. Ok, so vague enough where if something great happens you can claim it...with the built in kicker of if nothing happens it's all on McDs lack of guts. Like all the "Predictions" just very vague. If/when Alex Smith is not the QB next year (even though it's a "done deal") it will be someone soured on him at the last minute.
  16. Honestly he wouldn't be a phenomenal long term answer but he would be a good stop gap while we wait for "The Guy". He is used to throwing 50/50 balls to have his guys go get it. He can actually read a defense. Has 16...oh no wait it 17 4th quarter comebacks. We could do much worse. He's not a franchise guy...but I would definitely take him.
  17. 1 and 3. Keep Taylor. He is well liked by teammates and doesn't turn the ball over. Bring in a FA. Someone like Keenum. Draft a rookie. Best guy starts...Taylor or the FA traded after camp. Fill holes with rest of draft picks.
  18. We all knew it. The clap will lead to nationwide...even worldwide apocalyptic proportions. Stock up on water, ammo and Slim Jim's.
  19. Absolutely. If you got the clap it was definitely McD.
  20. Again, check box scores all you want...while they were busy stopping Shady...who was stepping up? Oh, yea the much maligned Tyrod Taylor. Just having him on the field opens so much up that a box score just won't tell ya. Also yes, this last game was a low production game...but as you said...check the Miami box score. 96 yards from scrimmage and 2 TDs in the first meeting. There is no one else on this team that can produce in a duel threat role like that. When you say he has disappeared over stretches...again...when he disappears his impact on the ACTUAL game (not box score) is felt.
