  1. Sounds like Mike McDaniel
  2. Eh, Just like with McVeay I'll believe it when I see it. This whole week of "Super Bowl coverage" has been nothing but media overblowing every little thing a guy says and putting clickbait titles out (of which no one actually reads the stories and gains VERY strong opinions just off said headline)
  3. Tjis really isn't the years I'd want to take a $15M dead cap hit and dive into the QB market. -No great FA QBS -No expected QB Studs in draft -No 1st round pick If they are going the route of a low to mid tier stop gap, may as well keep Wentz and draft high the following year.
  4. Even Tom Brady and his "young guy outta nowhere" story was very likeable at first. Burrow's schtick will wear thin very soon. And next year, Bengals aren't catching anyone off guard. They are targets. Teams will adapt to them the way Allen and Mahomes saw this year. Burrow is good. But I think teams will catch up to him soon. Other side of the sword. Rooting for Stafford is rooting for Jalen Ramsey.
  5. If you wanna base your opinions off one game, sure. Remember Tennessee had a heck of a pass rush against Cincinnati a few weeks back. That worked well for them, right?
  6. Chiefs actually punted twice in that game...so that's an incorrect statement. There were also 8/13 on 3rd down. They stopped Mahomes on a few drives.
  7. Echoing wrong statements doesn't make them correct.🤷🏻‍♂️
  8. No menu. Taking my daughter on an early Valentines Day Dinner instead. May tune into the game in the 2nd half with like, a can of Pringles and an adult beverage or 2.
  9. I have never seen someone say so little and yet say so many wrong things consecutively. It's impressive, actually.
  10. Which is why I stated the above. You are replying to a small part of what was being discussed. The original topic of conversation was, in fact about statistics and a STATISTIC based comparison. When discussing how 2 players match up in that manner, then yes the numbers are everything.
  11. Sage advice. Perhaps you should take it as well! Have a great day!
  12. So did Trent Dilfer.
  13. I don't watch much college ball. Does Georgia primarily run a 4-3 or 3-4 style defense?
  14. Hiring a 25 year old ex QB to be quality control on defense strikes me as odd, at least on the surface.
  15. I thought it was speculated that McDermott's 1st draft here we moved up to draft someone that the Panthers were wanting. Him having some knowledge about their plans may or may not have contributed. Could be wrong but I believe it was the Zay Jones pick? Anyway, it would show that even though another GM my have an idea of what you may want...it doesn't always mean the knowledge will help out. EDIT: It may have been the Dawkins pick now that I think about it.
  16. The last QB Wes played with was Nick Foles on the 2015 Rams. I don't think he's ever been protected by refs🤷🏻‍♂️
  17. So am I. I thought I put grab...but my autocorrect is a twisted little scamp😂😂
  18. This is great. It's sad that the things with players such as Ruggs, Kamara ect ect get all the attention while acts like his get basically unnoticed. I'd love to see more things like his...that DO happen...we just never get to hear about
  19. Agree. Someone I've been mentioning (often) is Chark. Coming off a season ruined by injury he may be had a bit cheaper on a 1-2 year "prove it". Being a LOT of WR talent is projected to hit FA (again, that may change) he may find a bit cooler a market then he may want. SPOTRAC has him listed at a projected $11.9M estimated value. That would put him above my comfort level. However a cool market may put him more plausible. Just to put this into perspective for some...coming out of college Chark ran a 4.34 40. Tyreek Hill ran a 4.29. Oh and Chark is listed at 6'4". Beane does love rare athletes and is looking for Hill like speed....
  20. Right now to my eyes (and granted not everyone listed will end up a FA) IOL and WR are 2 of the deepest areas of the FA market. I'd like to see the Bills get 1 WR there and draft one as well.
  21. I see that logic and agree. However, the other side of the argument..this is who he's been by and large his career in the postseason. Odd timing to finally drop him down after the last 2 seasons he's had is all.
  22. I would love an offense centered draft, but just don't see it. I am more thinking I'd like some OL guys in FA that we don't have to wait 2-3 years to develop. As far as weapons, I would love DJ Chark if he hits FA. Good size/speed mix. At least after FA we ahould have a good idea where the draft focus will be.
  23. Not that I'm agreeing or disagreeing with you...but I would be intrested in hearing the logic behind a guy having back to back MVP seasons and that actually dropping him in your list.
  24. Our OC this coming year was a position coach last year. If Dorsey would have left there's a chance Chad Hall, our WRs coach would have been next in line for internal hire. From what I have seen 49er fans were sad to see him go. He's done a nice job with a really ragtag group of WRs (outside of Deebo). Chances are he can be a big help to a guy like Waddle. Waddle has speed and if Welker can help him with technique he's even more dangerous.
