  1. That doesn't make sense. But he'll be a top 10-15 draft choice anyhoo, so the discussion is moot
  2. Moulds restructuring is essential to the off-season. Bledsoe does not need to re-work his deal in order for the Bills to sign FAs to replace P. Williams (who I think will re-sign) or Jennings (who I believe is already packed and moving van gassed up)
  3. I seriously doubt he's leaving the Pats
  4. Rookie kicker missed 40 yd FG last weekend and Bolts are home for the rest of the playoffs. This fascination with a rookie K is mind-boggling.
  5. 1 yr deal at the vets minimum
  6. Thanks for the attention to my cap page. A few notes on available cap space 1) Bills are likely to have a cap adjustment (cap debit) which will decrease available cap space 2) McGahee and M. Williams both have salary escalators 3) RFA & EFA tenders could eat up another $1 million when adjusted for top 51
  7. Late in the season, teams can sign players to futures contracts. It is basically a deal that starts the following season.
  8. There are 2 "franchise" player tag Exclusive: Player cannot talk with other teams Non-exclusive: Player can talk with other teams This does not exist at the "transition" level
  9. At this point, it's closer to $5 million. 1) Likely cap debit (less cap space) 2) Salary escalator for Mike Williams 3) Fill out top 51
  10. I would prefer a marathon in the bedroom
  11. It was recently reported that the unadjusted salary cap would be between $85.5-$86.5 million. Each team is subject to a cap adjustment (balancing out of NLTBE and LTBE) which could either add or subtract cap space. Bills had a cap debit of about $820,000 in 2004.
  12. Gash was released by NO before the season started, so he doesn't count as a loss. Sidney spent the year on IR, I believe, thus he won't count. It's likely we will get a pick, but it most certainly won't be a 3rd and likely not a 4th either. At best, a 5th.
  13. I believe we need a stud pass rushing DE. In the mold of Freeney or Kearse. Switch Schobel to LDE and use Kelsay as the #3 DE. Denney can stay as an inexpensive #4 DE and then let him go as a FA after 2005
  14. There's enough room to keep both P. Williams & Jennings without releasing Bledsoe. 1) Re-work Moulds (save about $2-$2.5 million in 2005) 2) Release Prioleau (save $1.25 million) 3) simple restructure of Spikes ( save $2.625 million) There's enough to get both done
  15. Agreed.....but teams need to learn how to do this. Learn from your mistakes. 2005 will be different
  16. I agree.....I didn't sense any arrogance. They come from the same stock as Bills fans. We are very much alike. A little friendly ribbing both ways....no problem. I don't have any problem wishing them well in the playoffs
  17. Jets have not been a good road team this year
  18. Comeback player of the year is usually someone with a compelling reason to be considered. Brees: He sucked last year and is motivated by pending FA. McGahee: Coming off a serious knee injury and working hard to come back. Fields: comes back from serious illness to contribute to the rebound of the Panthers I would rank Fields ahead of McGahee. I don't even consider Brees
  19. You're not gonna find much under $100 drilled. I wouldn't be too particular about the ball if it's just recreational. As you bowl more and improve, then I would suggest moving up to the more powerful balls. Try finding a pro shop that has used bowling balls and get a reactive resin like Rhino Pro or Zone.
