  1. Didn’t Josh have a hand in him being drafted by the Bills? Josh liked and wanted him.
  2. He also allowed this to happen. He is to much of a yes man to demand different if he wanted it to be different.
  3. Beane and McD get 10 times the heat from other city radio stations than our own. WGR: Morning show - We won’t talk about it because the owner isnt going to fire them anyway Sal show - Condescendingly, “well who you going to replace him with!” Pompously, “everyone just wants to fire the coach.” Afternoon show - Literal meltdowns this week by Bulldog screaming “WHY ARE WE TALKING ABOUT FIRING THE COACH!!!!!!” I have to give credit to Beane and McD because they do have local media/podcasters totally inline and controlled. Imagine what WFAN would have done if Beane went on their station and pulled his little WR stunt. Imagine if McD went on a weekly radio hit in Philly and said absolutely nothing. Just spewing boring coach word salad crap like “fundamentals, complimentary football” just saying “we will see?” to everything.
  4. After the Saints game many fans were saying we won but have not played well in many if not all the games this season. These fans were called spoiled and entitled by many in Bills media, including Matt Parrino, Joe Marino and Sal. Now that those worries have in fact led to 2 bad losses, these fans are told they aren’t patient and are a total embarrassment. I’m just tired of all the excuses and bootlicking the bills do no wrong media and fans spew when anyone questions the team and organization. The standard is the Super Bowl now. Its not unfair to question weather the organization, coaches and players are doing or caring enough to make that standard a reality.
  5. To imply that Bills fans aren’t patient after 8 seasons of generational QB with no Super Bowl appearances is patently absurd to me.
  6. John Fox went to the Super Bowl in his 2nd season coaching with the Carolina Panthers. My point is Fox in his career up till he was fired by Broncos had 7 playoff appearances, 2 Super Bowl appearances, 1 conference championship appearance, and 4 divisional round appearances and was still fired. Those who ask all the time “who you going to get who is better?” the Broncos hired a coach who won the Super Bowl the very next season.
  7. John Fox with Broncos had .719 winning percentage, 3 Divisional games losses, 1 Super Bowl loss and was fired. Gary Kubiak won Super Bowl 50 the next season, his 1st with the team in 2015.
  8. No. Not till McD wins a Super Bowl or is no longer the HC of the Bills.
  9. I get it, wish they would take more chances on personality guys. But the Bills traded Diggs and took a 40 million cap hit for him to be gone. Diggs may have been working to leave also, but Bills did not have to trade him. If Josh wanted him in Buffalo he would have been there, he didn’t want him here either. Everyone Eats is translated to, we don’t want diva/large personalities on this team anymore. They prove it buy who and how much they pay their proper culture guys. And yes, no idea how Arthur Smith keeps getting jobs.
  10. The Bills would never have brought in Pickens to their “Culture.” He is not a McD, Beane or Josh type of personality.
  11. If Josh wanted Diggs in Buffalo, he would not have been traded. I don’t think Josh wants big diva type personalities either, he wants his boys or those who could be his boys.
  12. McBeene hasn't failed Josh if Josh allows or maybe even endorses this way of team building. Josh has all the power and uses none of it, unless as it’s seems more likely as seasons passes he is ok with it all.
  13. There is almost ZERO chance Terry, Beene, McD or Josh will allow a trade for Pickens. His history and personality eliminates him completely in this “culture” they all seem to desire over anything else.
  14. He also said in same interview a Super Bowl “will happen on Gods timing.” I’ve thought we have been cooked with McBeene, but when I saw that ESPN interview Monday with Josh I knew we were totally now cooked.
  15. Sean does realize he is the Head Coach and has a say in this right?
