  1. A lot of sighting including Nick O'Leary of Jack Nicklaus progeny.
  2. To my knowledge, no. Several of the ESPN talking heads (Michael Wilbon and Steven A Smith amongst several )tried to push that agenda when he fired David Culley who was a functional idiot and then fired Lovie Smith after one year the next year. Both firings were the correct call and now the they a great head coach in Demeco Ryans who I think is light years better than whet we have.
  3. You mean like Terry Pegula and his alleged racist comment? Yes his incredibly horrific racist comment was he called Covid the "China virus". Of course Cal fell in line like the coward he is and apologized. I am no fan of him, I knew his father and know OF Cal whom, as i said, is a dolt but I was responding to the other poster claiming McNair was a scumbag. Someone else claims Watson was "enabled" in his sexual deviancy by the Texans and then Cal threw him under the bus which is laughable,
  4. Imagine that. Yet another opportunity to bash Dorsey thread.
  5. Enabled him? LOL. even he didn't try to use that defense and they hardly "threw him under the bus". He did that all himself. Worst professional football game of all time, seared in my memory. The winning QB Derek Anderson was 2-17 and an int for something like 27 yards.
  6. How is McNair a scumbag? I live in Houston here about them all the time. You can call McNair a dolt and pushed around by his wife but I see no evidence of him being a "scumbag".
  7. Yeah, i am trendinging in that direction now. Yes I know we lost Milano, White, & Jones but every team has injuries. I never bought into the "defensive guru" non-sense. Maybe he was 10-15 years ago but antiquated old schemes systems don't last long in the NFL.
  8. No I am not saying that or insinuating it, not at all. Read what I wrote again then. The Bills lost on Sunday because of the defense, NOT because of the offense or Dorsey but many are obsessed and want to scape goat him for everything. The Bills lost on Sunday because we made Mac Freakin Jones look like Tom Brady.
  9. Depends on how you look at it but he did have a great game versus them. IMO he did have a career day versus the Vikings last year (until yesterday) as they were a defensive sieve. He threw for more yards versus the Vikings with a lot more throws, completed 71.7 versus the Vikings versus 83.3 versus us, scored more points versus us and was perfect in a game winning ending drive.
  10. What makes it even worse, we are giving these broke dick QBs that are on the edge Daniel Jones, Zach Young and Daniel Jones a tremendous boost of confidence.' Imagine, we have somehow managed to lose to some of the WORST QBs in the league in an alleged QB driven league. "You cant win in this league without a franchise QB" blah blah blah, lol.
  11. Yeah, our tackling was comical, especially on that long screen pass on the pasts last drive, what did he have 34 yards screen pass with multiple missed tackles.
  12. Ehh sorry. You dont know, I dont know, it might be totally in "his domain", we are not in the locker room. Form what I can tell Von carries a LOT of credibility with teammates and his career speaks for itself.
  13. Mac Jones had his best game by far yesterday, His quarterback rating was 126.7 for the day. Even with yesterday's inflated number, his average rating for this year is 81.8. His highest game day rating this year before yesterday was 91.3 with a low of 30.5. And he looked like Joe Montana in his prime, setting a completion percentage ratio of 83.3% and again including yesterday's inflated number, his average this season is 66.7%. And yet I read several threads on TDB about how desperately we need to fire Ken Dorsey, how josh Allen looks disinterested, etc. The glaring problem isnt on offense, not on Dorsey and Not on Allen (except the Jets game).
  14. Spot on. I dont know enough about Holcomb or Washington . I have heard Bobby Babich speak and he is driven, intelligent and has a passion for the game. I think he ends up as a DC or HC in the league in the not too distant future.
  15. Ridiculous concept for this thread. Bills scored 25 points, that wins most NFL games ESPECIALLY vs an inept offense such as the Pats and Mac Jones. To bring up the TBD favorite whipping boy Dorsey is absurd.
  16. Dorian is either going to have a great game or he will have a terrible game as Belichek schemes against the over pursing rookie as he did to Tremaine when he was a rookie.
  17. I would be thrilled to just run in Q4. After that NY Giant debacle plus the Eagles and 49ers going down, blowouts in the NFL are hard to pull off, I will gladly just take a win with no injuries
  18. If they are serious at all about Malik playing QB, they dont have the time to draw up some plays for him as WR but I agree with the rest of your comments. It is going to be a likely very boring game with the Pats running constantly right at undersized rookie Dorian Williams. This would be a real game if they still had Judon and their rookie Gonzalez CB.
  19. I totally understand your logic but it is way above the majority of posters heads here.
  20. For this week, I agree with selling Dorian Williams going p against Bill Be;ichek for the first time. I am a big believer in Dorian William long term, he had some great players last week (esp versus the run) and some over pursuit in coverage. I recall the first year of Edmunds vs Belichek, he seemed to design half the plays to go at and/or trick Edmunds. I am very fearful we might see a repeat of that Sunday.
  21. Yep, he is already making over $1 million on commercials, heck why not keep building you NIL status is Collège if you can avoid going to a dumpster fire organization, especially one trying to tank.
  22. I didn't say 1 game makes or breaks a prospect but nice attempt at putting words in my mouth and then attack me based on them.
