  1. Doesn’t that paint dry out your face?
  2. Charlotte is a cheese and wine people place. Watching Football is just something to do on Sunday. NC would have been better putting the stadium near Raleigh. The colleges in that area have strong football fans. But Charlotte is where the Banks are. Because the Bills play them so infrequently and there’s lots of us transports here, it gets strong attendance from Bills fans.
  3. He wasn’t hurt from being fell on. It was his arm was out trying to grab the RB and it was the awkward position that caused the injury. But to your point. Doesn’t matter how much you lift. The more flexible a muscle the less an injury like this happens. But sometimes the wrong angle is going to cause it no matter what.
  4. Agreed. But there are options. If we can dump Samuels salary, and do a restructure or two (Knox, etc), we can get some room. I wanted that rags to riches story for Shavers. He showed little sparks last season with limited snaps. But it seems like he is missing some awareness out there currently. Maybe after some more experience. Also play Coleman as a slot, he will thrive there. He’s not on outside guy. I would give Shakir more outside shots. He has that IT factor. Hoping Palmer can come back soon and continue the connection with Josh. He can separate and is a smooth route runner. I wanted Metcalf in the offseason. Would have been a great move for the Bills. I feel, Bills need to be aggressive and go get a game changer. Now: 1. Olave 2. Shaheed 3. Wilson 4. Meyers - less exciting 5. Waddle - sure, but is Miami’s owner that dumb to allow that?
  5. I will keep a little hope. But it sounds like a tear. The fact that he was called out right away, because they don’t need a MRI to see the tear. He will probably get a MRI to see extent, and to see if surgery would be required. That would be around a 12 week minimum recovery. It will probably be, he maybe can come back for the playoffs.
  6. I thought so too. But if you go frame by frame it was Shakira’s helmet. He was in the middle and had his helmet in his hand. He just raised it up putting his arms out, to “separate” them. But real time it looked like a thrown helmet. As others said, Schnow tosses his hat. Looking at second video(full view from other side), Robinson was clearly the instigator. PS. So silly spelling aside, it was Samuels helmet. Not Shakir.
  7. - Get Olave or Shaheed. - Get a safety to replace Rapp. - Get a LB cause we will still be cycling through injuries all season. - Get a pass rusher that is young and dangerous.
  8. I think Josh wants the Lombardy more than anyone else on the team. Marriage doesn't change that. Maybe a kid and age would. I don't have any questions about Josh's desire or work effort.
  9. 100%. It's Josh (and quietly Cook) on O. Missing that on D. But the problem the leader has to backup his talk with play. Bosa is one of the D players being consistent. And him and Groot are the quiet type. Seems like that LB we brought in is quiet but productive as well. If we had a smart, leader at MLB that would help a bunch. Let's hope they figure something out on D during this bye. Otherwise, it's going to be a long ugly season.
  10. For me, both games the problems started with the running game. In the Pats game, Cook didn't get going. We stopped taking the short pass. We never got back to trying Cook in the 2nd half. For the Falcons, Cook was stuffed in the first half. 3rd Q he played well had momentum and tough runs. 4th Q he wasn't on the field much. Made things harder than they had to be. Allen made bad decisions both games. Things got tight and sloppy. The Bills O needs to be loose to be efficient. The D im praying figures something out.
  11. I wanted Metcalf this offseason. It's criminal to see what effect he is having on the Steelers.
  12. Not enough data to say they won't implode.
  13. Probably CuCu for Coco puffs
  14. You seem to keep forgetting the lesson. Stop putting the ring on it!
  15. Hernandez was screwed up before the NFL, but it's amazing that there were no red flags in the draft about him. Although the talent ceiling may have been enough for a team to draft him even if there was. Especially with the arrogance of the NE organization at that time. The players have more scrutiny now. But even today, if the right person is bribed, a coverup can happen. I believe WEO was agreeing with you, although the sarcasm was not completely evident.
