  1. Remarkably different profiles and traits. Huh?
  2. I do not hate that at all. Physical beast who hasn't exactly "produced"
  3. I'm not advocating for a Bills trade up at all, but simply projecting what seems likely before pick 28. If they want ONE of those two guys, or even someone else from the WR pool, they might feel like they need to make a move up to get him, much like they did last year to grab Kincaid. They can't just passively submit to the possibilities of teams trading up in front of them...IF they have a definite 1st round target.
  4. Maybe the goal is to have ANY WR on the field a threat to be lined up anywhere and to be potentially be motioned. That kind of interchangeability WAS a founding principle of early E-P passing concepts. Interchangeability. TEs and RBs included, ideally.
  5. I've done this a few times in mock drafts out of a mixture of boredom and nihilistic understanding that the mock doesn't matter AT ALL, yet I was still compelled to overpay for NOW moves. Kind of a paradoxical tension there.
  6. wrong mitchell. Q is Quinyon, the CB.
  7. Unless one of those two is who the team is targeting. Then they have to START the WR run, rather than react to it.
  8. They learn about daily habits and discipline and mindsets that can make preparation more efficient and effective. In college these guys had SO much coaching and mentoring. In the pros, oddly enough, it's a little less hands-on. Having a real pro in the room can be incredibly helpful.
  9. Agreed with everyone that this is the puzzling part, except...all six @Bs went in the top 12 so maybe WE and our draftnik sources were all wrong about QB value in 2024.
  10. Is it the Chop Maybin comp? I've never watched Robinson play. He's obviously physically talented. But is he a guy who just sucks at football? What's the deal?
  11. Drafts are not graded on an org's W/L record the subsequent season. That's not at all where the real impact can be measured.
  12. It's fascinating how the "bad" teams are all going offense, which suggests the "good" teams will do what good teams do and happily pick the falling BPA defensive talents, unless... ...unless the 1st round just turns into the top 30ish offensive prospects getting snagged early just because.
  13. Patriots, for example, used 1st rd picks on QBs in 2021 and then again in 2024. LOL.
  14. NFC North looking like an ascendant division. Det and GB already are legit. Minn was okay moving on from their franchise QB, which is rare. Chi has added MAJOR pieces in the offseason.
  15. Rodgers would not abide such an affront to his reign.
  16. So someone else doesn't. To secure your guy. If you wait, then someone else can move up one spot ahead of you and steal him. Especially if it's a QB.
  17. Imagine being upset (already) the Bills didn't give up 3 or 4 or 5 PREMIUM picks to move up for a WR while having 25% of the cap taken up by a franchise QB.
  18. Was typing a similar concern at the same time. It's pretty glaring to my untrained eye.
  19. I've always thought his motion is elongated and/or has a hitch that will give NFL DBs a tick longer to react
  20. Because they can now make pants that actually fit? (Cue a Letterkenny clip)
