  1. I believe his name is Dan Tub of Lard, or something like that.
  2. Alright Tiny Tim ? Seriously though, Phillips is a must sign. If Oliver considers him a mentor and credits him for his development we need to keep them together. They feed off each other and push themselves like brothers. They're both young and along with Harrison Phillips could be the core of this D-Line for the next decade. Lets hope for a reasonable contract extension.
  3. Why not? If you think it's no please explain why? The guy is really fast for his size and he's got plenty of talented players around him to draw some heat away. What's important is that he will continue to be disruptive, of that I have no doubt. Whether it translates to sacks? Who knows.
  4. That was a critical moment. Basically puts the game on ice if not called.
  5. Shaq definitely deserves a new contract from the Bills. Whether it's considered satisfactory compensation to him and his agent will be the issue. Hopefully the Bills are fair with their offer.
  6. Anybody get a view or replay of the Holding call that stopped the clock in the final minute? Curious to see if it was legit.
  7. Though I know he won't make it, as a starter at least. I want to give a shout out to Smoke Brown. With his 99 yards against the Steelers he's eclipsed the 1k mark with 1007 yards with 2 games left. First Bill to do it since Watkins did in 2015 with 1047. Awesome signing McBeane Motor is 271 yards short for 1k and would be a tough order against the Pats and Jets, but hey you never know. The kid is averaging 5.4 per. Too bad he didn't get more play earlier in the season. Oh well, Thurman didn't get 1k his first season either. It's a foregone conclusion White starts opposite Gilmore. If not somethings wrong.
  8. That settles it! I'm renewing my subscription to The Sporting News right freaking now!?
  9. Yeah it would be a tough game. Their offense is explosive but suspect D. I don't understand the fear from a Tannehill lead Titans team. Tannehill? Really? Just because he's an upgrade to Mariota it doesn't make him a world beater.
  10. Micah was in the middle of the field. All Wallace had to do was square up and push him out. I know, easier said than done but he looked like a guy trying to tackle Bettis in that GEICO flag football commercial. I like Levi but he's a depth player in a cover scheme, not a physical caliber starter.
  11. The biggest knock on this D at the onset of the season was the lack of pass rush due to the fact this D is predominantly schemed to get pressure with only the front 4. After the Browns game the effort was made to set a few players loose on some blitz packages. Edmunds and Poyer in particular have been rifling to the opposing QB with much regularity. The result is more sacks and hurried throws missing their target. Kudos to the coaching staff for acknowledging a change was needed because it's taken this D to the next level.
  12. We can only hope but I won't hold my breath. A good QB would've taken advantage of the conservative nature and boneheaded penalties that followed.
  13. Tre: solidified his position as a Top 3 corner. Phillips: 2 more sacks and has earned himself a payday. Smoke: bounce back against a solid D for 99 yards.
  14. I'm not a fan of his but have to admit he wasn't that bad with his analysis. Some fans are just too sensitive when they talk about Josh's short comings as a QB. He was complimentary on a lot of Bills players and their Defense. Josh throwing balls to high. Josh not having the greatest footwork. These are legitimate concerns but hey, he's also playoff bound with 2 games to go so.............
  15. Daboll has no creativity. If he doesn't get a TD it's a momentum killer after the great D from Tre.
