  1. I like this thread idea! I thought Nick Nolte would age well. I guess I was wrong!
  2. Good list! My 3 offence crushes are (without picking the obvious guys at the top) JK Dobbins Brandon Aiyuk Adam Trautman But I could probably list off 30 guys I like lol
  3. -Elite speed -Can KR and PR - I dont think he had a single fumble which is outstanding ball security.
  4. Because we have such a veteran group and how we love to have young guys being lead by solid vets, taking a WR with a great skill set that's maybe a bit raw and unrefined makes too much sense now that we dont need that WR to come in and be a day 1 starter. In terms of Dobbins, that's what I love about this FO. They value character and getting good people.
  5. Russ Brandon come on down!!!!
  6. No question we need to tap into the WR depth of the draft and take one
  7. Such a polite way of saying you're....
  8. It's called a 3 way. Also elusive in real life as well.
  9. Agreed. I honestly would love to see RB at 54 and WR in round 3 or vice versa depending on who's available. We need to keep infusing offensive weapons around Allen to be successful. Dobbins/Akers/CEH + Claypool Or Pittman + Moss or Dillon would be outstanding
  10. Mostly Dobbins but I do like Arnette quite a bit. When it comes to the draft I could really care less about the school a player comes from.
  11. Let's hope that changes after we pick at 54!!!
  12. This team goes as far as Allen takes us. For him to do that we need to continue to give him weapons. A stud RB at 54 is my choice
  13. Hea not as heavy as his listed combine weight. Cole Kmet apparently said that Claypool was drinking gallon after gallon of water before his way in. I've studied him enough that hes better suited as a WR. If a team tries to make him a TE he has a very long way to go in many ways.
  14. His kids are home. I suspect they pick up the slack.
  15. I saw a tweet earlier that said they spoke to Shefter and Shefter said Odell isnt getting traded
  16. We probably have to trade up from 54. Are you prepared to pay that price?
  17. I've somewhat discounted the WR visits for exactly what you said about Diggs. Looking closely at the other numbers are very interesting.
  18. In order of preference 1. Dobbins 2. Swift 3. Taylor 4. Akers 5. CEH 6. Dillon 7. Moss After that I get way less interested. The first 3 absolutely would become our #1 RB immediately. #4, 5 could surpass Singletary by the end of the year #6 and 7 are outstanding backups for us.
  19. Fair enough. I appreciate the discussion!
  20. A few things. 1. Cost is usually astronomical. 2. Many draft analysts say that after top 20, that 21 -60 are very interchangeable. 3. The uncertainty of the entire draft process could complicate matters. I dont blame Beane. Sit back, watch the draft unfold and grab the guy you want that falls at a cheaper price.
  21. Fair enough. I've heard many that love Akers. I do to. Hes my #4. So for those that discount Dobbins lack of combine numbers. Check this out. OSU do their own freshman combine. Take a look at Dobbins numbers. They are spectacular. (Sorry it's my own tweets here. Not intentional in any way) (For those that dont want to click on link or zoom in on the chart)
  22. I'll say there is a zero percent chance Dobbins is there in the 3rd. Hes highly thought of by many. Now I do see positive arguments for both sides to wait on drafting an RB. The depth at that position is solid so waiting on that position does make sense. But on the other side; Someone made a great point on twitter. If the Bills go RB at 54 they could conceivably get the #1 RB rated on their board in round 2. Beane has also mentioned multiple times about needing the offence to take a step. Why not grab a guy who's an upgrade over Singletary and could really elevate this offence and help Allen? We all want Allen to take another step and if Dobbins helps to do that it's a smart choice. I have Dobbins my #1 RB and I love the fact we "might" be able to nab him in round 2. There are many RB needy teams though just before us in that range so if I had to guess he won't be there but I'dove to pick him. More stuff on Dobbins:
