  1. cant turn the ball over 4 times, end of story. team as a whole played bad, but the D kept us in it like usual. all the O had to do was not be dumb. we know what happened.
  2. meh, was a blitz, and they got caught. happens all the time. thats the chance you take with sending extra guys, thats the difference in Frasier and McD. Frasier was more careful. both styles of D have their positives and negatives. everybody wanted more pressure, well, sometimes long plays happen from it.
  3. can we plz just play smart. ffs. Jets are reeling. no Rodgers. we dont need Josh running into their D LIne and getting pounded. we dont need hail mary throws. just play football.
  4. great atmosphere, fans riled up because the Jets are the biggest offseason topic, 9/11, Monday night, Rodgers. thanks NFL. 2 years in a row you've done this to this team. plus we get to play in Arrowhead for like the 10th time. just seems, unfair.
  5. so Hopkins wanted to chase his last chance at the $$$$$, over a possible Super Bowl ring. whatever. glad hes wasting his last years in Tennesee, and not wasting our time. im sure he wanted both the $$$ and chance to chase a ring tbh, but hes shown what matters more. no hate, get what you can.
  6. sure im tired of the Jets hype. suppose its how everybody else felt about our team the last 2 seasons. its a nothing really. just tune it out.
  7. not reading this entire thread, so apologies if i repeat something from earlier. Why arent we winning Super Bowls? we play in the same conference as, Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid. thats it, its just that ez. Chefs have a hall of fame offensive coach/QB. we have a defensive coach. so Billsy for us to finally get rid of Brady, find a once in a generation talent at QB, and we get stuck playing 2nd fiddle to the new Goat, and his unstoppable offensive genius coach. its the same way the rest of the league felt during the Brady/Manning era. if you werent fans of the Pats or Indy/Denver, then you might was well just call it a season from week 1. least we get mostly entertaining football in the regular season. if only we were in the NFC right now.
  8. cant ask for much more than that start right there. ive seen enough, get the starters out.
  9. damn even the commercials didnt show up for the game ready.
  10. he should reply the same way John Mckay did for the Bucs years ago "im all for it"
  11. lookin like mbe that rumor about Peters might need to be more than a rumor. Tackles looks bad.
  12. u cant, at least not right now. you eventually fire the coach, make him the scapegoat and hope a new hire can somehow turn these guys around.
  13. who at One Bills Drive do i send the bill for the hour i just wasted watching this team? also, ty Sam Martin, for the one bright spot. overpaid millionaires who cant do the basics..
  14. people seem to forget that for a RB to be successful, you need much more than just the RB. how often do you see top RBs switch teams and continue to be successful? hell, they rarely stay successful on their original team for an extended period of time anymore. there is a reason why RBs are valued so low now. you need 5 other guys to also help make that RB be good. Zeke was on fire his first few years for the Cowboys. helped that the they had one of the best OLines in the league at that point. injuries, guys moving on, suddenly Zeke cant RB anymore. the biggest problem with the NFL running game now is the majority of college teams dont use a power running game anymore, mostly spread offenses, which leads to a glut of OLinemen that cant block for that kind of run game. college has become a wide open passing fest cuz its easier to teach pass blocking quickly to young kids. Wiscy employs the power running game because its tradition, also a tradition of zero competent QB play. Taylor appears to be good, just how many NFL lines are built for what he can do though? im sure this is about money, it usually is, and im sure theres a team out there that is just desperate enough to make a move for him, will they have a line that can accommodate Taylor and continue to make him look good? highly unlikely. either way, must suck to be a Colts fan atm.
  15. Rodgers did see Mike White have his soul removed by Milano twice in one game last season behind that atrocious OLine right? im sure ARod is that aware right? should be funny.
  16. on paper, no, the AFCE is not being overhyped. however, we see each offseason teams that win the offseason and seemingly get better, but crap out. AFCWest comes to mind last year. alot goes into being a good team, luck, hard work, intelligent coaching, etc, etc. some of that you cant control no matter how much money you spend. every team in the league is 1 or 2 key injuries away from being terrible tbh. we wont know whos actually legit until the games are played, but on paper, sure the AFCE looks to be really tough this coming season.
  17. sounds like McD was genuinely shaken by that conversation with Diggs. makes sense with how McD responded that day to the media. ive had zero issue with Diggs his entire tenure here. he balls out as hard as he can 24/7. hes a team leader, does the dirty work, and gives a sh!t. the Bengals playoff loss was so friggen terrible that i felt the same way Diggs apparently did at the time. i said it back when it happened, least it seemed like he cared while the rest of the team looked like they could care less. cant fault the guy for wanting to win and possibly questioning wtf is happening with the organization. ill take a guy who is legit passionate about winning, shows his emotions a bit, over somebody whos just going through the motions to collect his paycheck waiting on the offseason to come. if he becomes a locker room cancer, then you show him the door. highly doubt it comes to that, Diggs isnt that kind of guy imo.
  18. Carson Wentz played at an MVP level for an nearly an entire season till he got hurt. one year doesnt mean much imo. we'll see how well Hurtz does with a full season of tape on him. he better hope that amazing OLine stays healthy.
