  1. we need more from Ed. i dont see it happening though. i think hes reached his limit. he is what he is at this point. we need guys who can make plays when theyre needed. Ed does this a bit, but not nearly enough. mbe he lights it up this season? heres to hoping he does.
  2. starting to get the feeling Diggs may struggle in his post NFL life. sure he has generational wealth, but most of them do before they retire. yet you hear how it was all pissed away and they start acting up when they arent the top dogs anymore. its hard to be a celebrity and then become a nobody. i could be wrong, he could be just fine, smart with his money, whatever, but he isnt the humblest guy and those guys tend to fall the hardest. not wishing for this btw, no hate towards him, just what i see.
  3. didnt know Hill was a crybaby. i do now. doesnt surprise me. a lot of these tip top of pyramid snowflakes run into the slightest bit of trouble on their climb to greatness they start whining how its not fair or its somebody elses fault.
  4. i watched this simply because it was about Josh, from a QB who played very closely to how Josh plays. let me say, im not a fan of Newton, playing, off the field, wherever, but hes definitely good at explaining the game to people. guy certainly knows what hes talking about. flamboyant, annoying at times, guy knows ball though.
  5. seeking revenge for what? they failed on their own. Lamar threw a dumb pick, TE dropped a TD. acting like we did something wrong to them. lol.
  6. he'll suddenly be an iron man now and play like an all pro.
  7. lol thats a terrible comparison. sheesh. now if u had said something along the lines of those bullsh-t rub routes the Patriots used to run on everybody play after play after play, then yeah, id agree.
  8. somebody tell me if i should be happy or not with this pick.
  9. im picturing him trying to tackle Henry. it isnt pretty. yes he shouldnt have to do that, but thats what crept into my mind at first. speed and awareness are nice though. def needed CB2. welcome to the Bills.
  10. zero issue with Douglas as a depth CB. if theres a right price, do it. knows the system, wants to be here, not always ez to replace.
  11. gratz to Benford. its a great story being drafted that late, now being one of the best at his position. also great deal for the team. no more concussions plz.
  12. bring back Paul Maguire. Watt is a jackazz btw.
  13. from what ive heard that wrist injury he got nearly immediately was looked at and the thought was that he should shut it down for the rest of the season. it was that bad. clearly he decided to continue on but that sounds significant to me. not sure why hes still a FA at this point, i honestly want him back if its a team friendly deal. somebody will pick him up around TC time is my guess.
  14. i really dont like the way this whole scene is seemingly going to play out. simply cannot overpay in this league anymore unless its for a QB. we've got Benford looking for a bag, Cook, other guys upcoming and the team hasnt really gotten better enough to get over the hump. Beane is trying to fill holes with value at key spots because he needs to keep other people happy. is RB a key spot? id rather pay Benford even with all his injury concerns over Cook, who absolutely deserve a pay increase mind you. i dont envy Beane in this case.
  15. waaay tooo early to move off Kincaid. he had a rough season, was injured. just stop.
  16. one of those things that was coming eventually. makes sense to do it now. hope Matt plays lights out this season regardless of the future, stays injury free.
  17. i mean, its easy to give a "discount" when you already have generational wealth. now he could be a greedy sob and hamstring the team, but hes already wealthy and it allows him to help himself when it comes to winning. i guess its something to be excited about, then you look at Cook who hasnt hit that big payday yet and everybody is dogging on him. mostly because hes loud with it, but still. i love JA17, no doubt. he does everything right imo when it comes to off the field and on, dont take this as bashing on him.
  18. decades old Flutie flakes in a Joshs JAQs cereal box.
  19. not a game changer but he did everything that was asked of him pretty well. hes 31 though so mbe age was a deal breaker. kinda bummed hes gone.
  20. what could have been if not for that day in Detroit. sucks. wish him well, hope he stays out of trouble.
  21. need more than Greg. zero problem keeping him at a decent price. he makes plays, he doesnt make too many mistakes. its fine. still need the game changer.
  22. well the Chefs love these kind of players. not a surprise. not team is squeaky clean all the time, but KC sure does have a track record for these kind of humans.
