Little extra steam from feeling slighted cannot hurt. 3 weeks to get hot for the playoffs. I think Sunday Allen has one of his best games. Poyer and Hyde both get picks.

Emmanuel Sanders knee injury - (update: day-to-day, practicing 12/22)

I think I would slide Sanders to the slot in 3 wide sets. I would also sprinkle in some Mckenzie. At this point I think Buffalos most dynamic and best group could be Diggs, Davis, Mckenzie, Knox and Singletary. Davis helps the run game with his blocking. His frame helps with Rpos and down the field gets past defenders. Mckenzie brings the jet sweeps. I like him in the slot with the Beasley stuff and his speed opens other options. Deep over routes vs man and cover 3 and cover 4. They make the offense more multiple are harder to defend. Time will tell but im optimistic. -
Rushing yards per attempt leaders - Allen and Singletary in top 10

He doesnt need to ne Taylor to be effective. I dont need 30 plus runs either. Give 80% of the carries to Singletary. 15 to 20 a game is the right number imo. -

Give Singletary a shot as the lead back. Let Brieda and Moss spell him. 15 to 20 carries a game is enough to make the defense respect it. He has a way of avoiding shots, I think he can handle it. Motor has had a good average since his rookie year. -
I think they thought they would have rookie season Sweeney and by now a decent dependable catcher. He is not that. TE needs to be a bigger priority this offseason. Some matchups going 2 Te makes sense. Right now its Knox and nothing. Almost would like to see one of the practice squad guys gets a shot at this point.

This. I think he has the quickness. His speed also makes him a different problem than Beasley. If healthy I would also use Sanders in the slot as well. Keep Diggs and Davis on the field. As big of an impact Beasley makes, idk how significant the loss will be.

I think Buffalo figured out Ne run game to a degree. Obviously, pa fakes with pulling motion are inbound. Can Jones capitalize? Idk. With out Bourne they will be in trouble.
-
Lets not praise Bill anymore than needed. Media believed he out coached Mcdermott. Mcdermott went on the offensive and said at the end of the day we had the ball inside the 10 twice to win it. More about guys making plays and not making plays than coaching.

New protocol, if vaccinated only tested if showing symptoms. Unvaccinated, everyday testing. So if he isnt showing symptoms he than is not vaccinated and out 10 days?
-
Feature Singletary. Cant be 1 dimensional. Utilize some Mckenzie. I think Buffalo just needs to play there game on offense. Dont get caught up in feeding anyone. Make the simple plays and hit a few bog plays.

Should Davis start over Sanders going forward?
Mat68 replied to Blainorama5's topic in The Stadium Wall
He has size for the Rpo. Better long speed than given credit for. I think he is becoming the guy we hoped. When Sanders returns put him inside. I think a rotation of Beasley and Sanders keeps them fresh down the stretch. Offense is best with Diggs and Davis. Davis does the dirty work inside blocking. Makes him a nightmare on hard play action. -
Bills win. Pats lose to Miami and miss the playoffs

Bill didnt want to throw at all. Imo, Mcdermott tried to to be conservative, until he had no choice but to throw. This game the full offense will be available. As funny it was that they have all of there pass plays. They are a run first team and Buffalo saw all of their best stuff. As the game went on the defense figured it out and shut it down.

AP exclusive: Bills propose new 60k seat stadium by (update - 2025)
Mat68 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
Everyone on here saying keep it open air…. ok. But why is the upper deck pretty much empty in December games? -
Singletary is our best back in every category. He isnt big but gets tough yards. Reliable pass blocker and this year has added some explosive plays. I would still dress Moss. As a pass blocker he is worth dressing. Breida is a gimmick player and liability as a blocker. As a pass heavy team thats the most important thing. Singletary hasnt been given an extended look as a lead back. Even as a rookie Gore stole snaps.

The game will look very similar to the Ne game in Foxboro last season. Buffalo scores Tds and win. They will keep the same approach on defense. If Ne wants to run it 50 times so be it. 14 points wont be enough this time though.

AFC Wildcard Rooting Interests Week 15
Mat68 replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall
No way that I’m rooting for the wildcard before the division. Colts win and Bills wins next weekend Buffalo can reclaim the division and a home playoff game. -
How much of the offense is Bienemy? 5% 10%. How much of what Kc does could a rebuilding team replicate? Mahomes, Hill and Kelce are unicorn freak shows. He could be a real genius but those are real questions owners and people hiring would have to wrestle with.
-
Brees and Rodgers only Superbowls were off wildcard seasons. Only way Buffalo wins a Superbowl is Allen carrying them to it.
-
The season hasnt gone the way I would hope. Last year everything came up aces until it didnt. This year Buffalo wont be the favorites if they make it. All those guys made superbowl runs when they werent the favorites too.
-
I disagree. They have Parsons attack. He has little coverage responsibility outside designed plays. I think Edmunds is a large factor in Buffalos overall coverage grades. Routinely, Buffalo is tops in the league vs the pass. On the edge Parson is a beast and is the reason for his impactful plays.
-
Buffalo wins out or goes 3-1 down the stretch thats a pretty good stretch. They will have a top 10 offense and defense. In all but 1 matchup the best Qb in the game will be Allen. They will be extremely dangerous.

Game Week: Week 15 Carolina Panthers at Bills thread

Data was slightly manipulated. All flags regardless of being accepted Allen is at 44%. Still high. I think the offense and wrs need to get over it. Go make the play. The offense at times is playing for the flag instead of just playing. Like the plays they feel they catch the d Offside. You don't have to throw it in triple coverage every time. Yes, its a free play but still get the most yards available to be had. -

Protect Josh in the pocket. Probably play Moss more than you would like. Brieda cant block. He cant be on the field. Quick underneath passing game will be the ticket. -

Gettleman wont trade Barkley. If Gettleman is fired might have a shot. As a diehard PSU fan, what is he actually worth at this point?
