You would think the top 5 would go like this............ Diggs Brown Beasley draft choice (2nd, 3rd or 4th round pick) Roberts, who will be the return man and 6th WR. It comes down to Duke, McKenzie and Foster for the final spot (assuming the staff still likes Roberts)

Going by the thread talent you would think Edge is getting out of wrestling and making himself available for the NFL Draft. Where would a tall skinny 47 year old wrestler fall into the Bills plans? ?

Darrynton Evans from App State should also be on the Bills radar. I know highlights don't tell the entire story, but there is undoubtedly an NFL RB in there. La'Mical Perine should be another on the Bills radar. Lots of good RB prospects for the Bills to choose from and it wouldn't surprise to see the Bills draft two of them.

People forget that Allen played well in Pittsburgh and New England to finish out the season. And he brought the Bills back against Houston when all the momentum was against them on the final drive, including the biggest bonehead play of his career. The kid is a gamer and I am counting on another big step forward in year 3. Problem is everyone wants Allen to be great right away like Marino and Mahomes, for example. Thing is, guys like them are the exception and not the rule. 99% of NFL QB's need time to develop their games. Case closed.

This is what aggravates me about people who are evaluate Allen. Do you people realize that he has basically been a one man gang all of his football life? Do you people realize he was a project who was supposed to sit and learn the QB position his first two years before he saw the field? Now, I am not saying he is the perfect QB by any means, but his improvement from year one to year two was amazing. He also has the talent, work ethic and leadership skills to be awesome. He needs to read the blitz better (which only comes with experience) and he has to have better mechanics when you throws the deep ball, He rushes it. But we saw him connect more by the end of the season. Allen's improvement is second, because I have faith he can do it. The most important improvement on the entire team in 2020 has to be from Cody Ford. The Bills showed faith in him by not bringing in a FA. Now he needs to reward the team's faith in him and become a reliable pass blocker for Allen. I noticed rewatching these games that Beasley barely got called out for his amazing amount of drops for a supposed sure-handed guy. I think Beasley will be better though in 2020 when it comes to drops.

I agree wholeheartedly. Akers is the best back in this draft. He played behind the worst OL in college for 3 years and still managed to produce. He does everything well and would a great fit in this offense. But, I think the Bills want Noah Igbinoghene first and foremost, so whomever you guys are projecting for later on in the draft is who the Bills will look at.

Whatever the Jags number is, I would bet the under.

The Niners do not have a 2nd or 3rd round pick. Do you think there is a match there and who do you think the Bills would target at 31? On the surface it might make sense if the Bills are targeting someone who they know won't make it to 54. Thoughts?

Still, right now they have the worst offense in the NFL on paper. Even the 1985 Bears would struggle with this offense. But, this will be the last time you hear me talk of NE stinking until it actually happens. Even without Brady, the Bills will have to drive a stake into their hearts to kill them (not literally, of course ?).

If that is their plan at QB, then BB must want to "Tank for Trevor".

Akers #1 Evans #2 Akers sets up his blocks well too and brings everything else to the table. The Bills should make him the odds on favorite to be the pick at 54 if they don't move from there. Evans speed would be the perfect compliment to Singletary. The Bills should have him on their radar as the odds on favorite for their 3rd round pick. Otherwise, what they do at RB in this draft is fine with me. If they did that, my guess is that they would do that to get Noah Igbinoghene or Trevon Diggs. Then they would take a RB late in the draft.

We saw it all from Allen in the playoff game, the good and the bad. But, he also led them down the field for the tying FG when all the momentum was against the Bills late in the game. And if 55 of teammates didn't miss a block in OT, we are talking about how Allen led the Bills to victory from behind in a playoff. Josh Allen is all of 24 years old with two years of starting experience behind him and McBeane has just supplied him with no excuses for missing deep ball shots now as they just acquired one of the best all around route runners in the game,, who is also one of the very best deep ball threats. We shall see.

My gripe with Murphy is that he takes himself out of a play a lot. Otherwise, he is fine as a rotational player. His best games of 2019 were at the Giants, the Jets finale and the playoff game.

Bennett was my second favorite SB era player behind Thurman. If Bennett was able to hold the point of attack better than he did on a consistent basis, the Bills might have won a couple of SB championships. NFC teams ran right at Bennett and Wright. It KILLED them in the SB's.

For us Bills fans, this FA thing has gotten really boring really quickly. ?
