  1. If we are going to do this then I will bring up the Dolphins are 0-10 in their last 10 games under 40 degrees. They lose by am average of 17 points each time. So an argument can made that the Steelers were a better playoff team. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/2024-nfl-playoffs-dolphins-have-lost-10-straight-in-this-cold-weather-situation-theyll-face-in-kansas-city/amp/
  2. Points matter and we are league leaders every year. Why are you under the assumption we didn’t score? This is strictly passing. Who said anything about ignoring it? Didn’t we get bigger at WR? Every team has embarrassing upsets. Chiefs lost to the Broncos and Raiders last year. The 49ers lost to the Vikings and PJ Walker led Browns. They both played in the Super Bowl last year. Allen had 68 pass attempts inside the redzone. I can’t find stats on it but its obvious you will throw the ball more between the 5-19 yard lines. Allen probably had 15 throws inside the 3. That’s not something to make a big deal out of. It would if we weren’t scoring but we are. Guess what Allen was inside the 20? 20 TD’s to 1 INT. Rushing he was 35 carries for 15 TD’s. I just care we are getting the ball in the endzone.
  3. The Bills averaged 27.5 ppg in the playoffs last year. The Chiefs 23.3
  4. If you're basing it on talent, then yes, I agree that Allen is better than Mahomes. When you're measuring the better player, Championships are absolutely included and that's where Mahomes is well ahead of Allen. You are measured by how you play in crunch time and playoff time. You're not supposed to struggle and it makes news when you do. The only people who would say Allen is a better QB than Mahomes are Bills fans. You can't argue against a QB with Mahomes resume just like you can't argue with Brady's resume.
  5. If Addison is done, then the Vikings have had the worst day in NFL history. The last 1st round rookie QB to lose an entire season to injury was in the 60's and then you lose your #2 wide out (potentially).
  6. Yes which is why I think this is a meaningless stats. How many pass attempts did we have inside the 3? Maybe 15-20? Most of the times you run. So it's probably one of those two or three more catches in those 15-20 probably elevates us to top 15....
  7. Then why were the Chiefs #15 in scoring and we were #4 when every single thing they have is better? Teams like the Colts, Saints and the Browns were ahead of the Chiefs. Until Allen wins it all, he can't be put ahead of Mahomes. Mahomes has 3 Super Bowl wins and 6 AFCCG's before the age of 29.
  8. Yeah and Allen the most rushing TD's by a QB since he's been the starter in 2019. What are your thoughts on Warren Sharp saying "Allen hasn't thrown it well inside the 3"?
  9. I would also guess to have WR who can take on the more aggressive/physical style corners play in the playoffs. I can't think of other reasons why Diggs consistently was not productive in the playoffs.
  10. Who gives a ****. We score everywhere else on the field at a high rate. We have scored the most on average since 2020. We would be #1 in overall points but we have one less game. https://www.statmuse.com/nfl/ask/most-points-scored-since-2020-nfl-team Does a TD at the 1 yard line count more than a TD at the 5 or 11 yard line? We can't be great in every single facet or stat on offense. Cherry picking one stat as if it matters. The negatives on here will eat this up.
  11. What if somehow, we had a top 10 pick. Do you think we pass up on Odunze or Neighbors because Beane is just dead set at wanting a bigger contested catch guy like Funchess? Or maybe it's because Coleman was the best WR left on their chart? Its harder and harder to find that elite WR pretty much outside the top 10. And mocking Beane for not being able to outscore an old Manning? Well you know the reason? Demarcus Ware and Von Miller with that legendarily good defense (#1 in points, sacks, pass defense and total defense) So I guess we mock Bill Belicheck because 2 weeks before in the AFCCG he also couldn't outscore the neckless Peyton Manning. That's how that works right? You guys and these crazy scenarios.
  12. So your evidence that we are the 2015 Panthers is because 3 of the 53, you found similarities? That's 5.6% FYI.
  13. Come on. Pick 3 players out of a 53 man roster and then say we built similarly? Carolina also built a strong offensive line with Ryan Khalil, Andrew Norwell and Trai Turner. These were consistent All Pros and Pro Bowlers.
  14. He was healthy the last 8 playoff games prior to missing last year's due to a week 5 injury. So no, it's not a fact.
  15. The best throw I have seen him make was a sideline throw to Beasley against the Rams in 2020. Beasley was running down the sideline in one of those Cover 2 beaters. Allen needed to fit it over the trailing CB and just in front of the safety. It was the perfect in between rocketing it and putting some air under it. That's a hard throw to make to be able to fit that in and especially not leaving your WR out to dry and get crushed like we've seen so many times before. Usually that throw leads the WR out of bounds where he's dragging his feet but Allen his Beasley in stride going vertically. It wasn't his most difficult throw but that's when I was convinced he's not just a strong armed QB. 4:53 mark.
  16. Between the concentration drops and missed blocking assignments.....he's developed a reputation.
  17. Reporter: Matt Barkley, how many times have you signed with the Bills?
  18. Meditate with him Aaron Rodgers....go to zen with him.
  19. Im proud of you having some self control.
  20. "Playing the biggest victim card of all time"
  21. James Cook needs to do something about his focus. Every time the ball is thrown to him, I hold my breath even if it's an easy catchable ball.
  22. I did cover that in the first sentence when I said "He must be showing something...."
  23. Hamlin either must be showing something or he's going to be cut. For him to be at #1 when he didn't dress last year...seems like McDermott might be doing this to market him for other teams. "He held onto the #1 spot on the depth chart until end of camp...."
  24. On the 3rd rep, he put all his weight on the leg. He changed levels and got low. He wasn’t doing that last year because he didn’t trust his knee.
