Figured but you never know, in this mock Denver wants him so they avoid any risk of a trade up. Originally wanted to trade down but wasn’t looking good.

Trade Alert!! Denver 12th overall (1200 + 2025 2nd (210) (1410 total) for Chicago 9th overall (1350) With the 9th overall pick, the Denver Broncos select JJ McCarthy, QB, Michigan! @Big Blitz and the NJ Jets are on the clock. Denver has done extensive work with Penix and Nix, however McCarthy falling was not anticipated! The Broncos trade up to avoid losing their #1 QB. JJ is the ideal fit in a Payton offense and hopes to rebuild the franchise into a contender!

The Denver Broncos are exploring to trade back, will be seeking a 1st and 2nd this year.

Denver, Jacksonville, LA Rams

With the 87th overall pick, the Dallas Cowboys select Sedrick Van Pran, C, Georgia! This Dallas draft has been centered around rebuilding the offensive line and ground attack. The only thing missing is the center! So why not go out and grab the All-SEC center with 2 national championships on his resume. A powerful run blocker that holds up in pass protection, the Cowboys are ecstatic to land the 3 year starter. Projected line: LT: J.C. Latham (Tyler Smith) LG: Tyler Smith (J.C. Latham) Center: Sedrick Van Pran RG: Zack Martin RT: Terence Steele The Green Bay Packers @mrags are on the clock!

If the UFL has helped one person it’s Jake Bates. What a leg! Just nailed a 62 yarder with ease.

With the 56th overall pick, the Dallas Cowboys select Jonathon Brooks, RB, Texas! Mr. Texas Football stays in the lone star state and aims to replace Tony Pollard. After compiling 3,530 rushing yards and 70 total touchdowns his senior year in high school, he earned a scholarship with the University of Texas. Brooks initially sat behind Bijan and finally had his shot last year and showed that he was not a fluke, earning comparisons to Jamaal Charles. Unfortunately an ACL tear in November causes some concern but it should be noted that the Cowboys team doctor performed the surgery on Jonathon. If anyone has inside info on his injury, it’s Dallas. Hopefully Zeke re-signs on the cheap and allows Brooks a chance to slowly but surely become a dangerous weapon in time for a late season run into the playoffs. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers @H2o are on the clock!

Probably right but some of the “experts” think he can move over to the left side. We shall see. He was best tackle on the board so I pulled the trigger even though I kinda wanted to take Graham Barton. The SEC and Jerry factor came into play as well.

Cowboy Nation yeeeeehaaaa! With the 24th overall pick, the Dallas Cowboys select J.C. Latham, OT, Alabama! With plenty of holes to fill the biggest need might be replacing Tyron Smith. Latham has provided solid and consistent play starting the last two years for the Crimson Tide and excels at run blocking. He also grades out as a very good pass blocker. Good enough to earn All SEC first team honors. His versatility will guarantee him a starting spot if he can’t claim the left tackle job with experience at both tackle and guard. Latham should be their guy from day one. The Green Bay Packers @mrags are on the clock!

It’s a tough reality but can’t ignore how Diggs disappeared last season. Unfortunately it’s time to move on.
