Hehe... they tell you that medium is hot. Mild is the way to go for me at least. Last time I had them at the Dick road location was when the Bills played the Bengals, at home, and Jimi Hendrix was the QB. No complaints, the wings were excellent... and the chick we had serving us was very cool too.

600 is a good size... I think I'm down to that from 10K+ when I did it for a living, sold a big chunk in bulk. Ebay used to be great but now it's not even a shadow of what it once was... they went commercial and stopped the money order/check payments and so I left them. I say 600 or so but these are the babes, no junk in there imo... but, I do have 6 big boxes of "gone through, don't want" that I'd give away to anyone who wants to haul them off. For anyone serious about vinyl... I bought one close to this one maybe 18 years ago or so. Well worth the money and easy to maintain. Will clean your dirty ass albums like nothing else... I make my own version of the fluid, the basis is Distilled water... and other minor things. This is a life saver if you are a vinyl fan:

Shame that Crystal Beach is now condo's... that was the highlight of summertime in WNY as a kid... parents would always surprise us and boy did that get the blood flowing... the "are we there yet" kind.

Good thread... and I agree with some others, baking is a tough one. In my mind its scientific with the ratio's of yeast, baking powder, what kind of flour to use, how long at what temp, what to add and when to add it, water or soda water, etc. I leave this to others lol. More of a traditional cook here, I like making breakfast for any meal any time of the day. As far as my best dish goes it would be roasted leg of lamb with whole garlic inserted with rosemary sprigs over the top and the usual sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Baste every half an hour. Side dish with that is mashed rutabaga with chopped bacon and mushroom gravy made with the juices of the roast. I haven't made this one in awhile though as I have less people in the house nowadays. Have a great wing recipe that I got from an old Buffalo eatery and when I make them I use whole wings, I don't break them up into flats and bats... you do that. Keeps more of the juices inside of the crispy exterior I have found. Use Marie's extra chunky bleu cheese dressing.

Been into it since the early 80's... mainly Psych, Rock, and really anything that sounds good. The 60's and 70's are my favorite time period, especially the one album wonders, Mainstream label for example. Whaddaya into?

I don't see how this could be a bad show... the guy is one of the hidden talents in the music world. Ever listen to the Tubes? He produced Remote Control... excellent Lp. First one, Al Kooper. Second one, Ken Scott... that is good company. I have Nazz lp's here somewheres but I haven't listened to them in Years... kinda forgot about them actually until this discussion.

Have not been in that area in Years...

Amazing, I'd never heard that term until yesterday and now again today. Me and a buddy, originally from Cuba, carpool a few days a week. The route we usually take has been shut down by road work so we take another way. I told him there is a shortcut but the road has speed bumps... and then he told me that in Spanish it means sleeping policemen.

Liked this one as a kid, and I guess I still do:

Yeah, you never know what Fripp has dialed up but that's the beauty of KC. The TR Utopia tour has me intrigued, I read that it is the original Utopia from back in the mid 70's. True? They are playing in St. Pete so that one is on my radar. Saw TR twice, once with Ian Hunter at the now defunct Agora Ballroom in Tampa, literally sat 12' from the stage at tables and the other time with Ringo's All Starr Band.

I'll second this one, one of the best candy bars out there period.

Is this Linda D? -
I felt the same way, that really pissed me off. I hope we don't need that medal in the end.

If you made $54,000 or less you might be able to get them done for free through United Way, 855-698-9435 to make an appointment. If you are an AARP member you can get them done for free, just call them and ask where in your area to go. You only have to be over 50 years old to belong to AARP lol. If you earned $66,000 or less you can use MyFreeTaxes.com , lets you file both federal and state taxes. Hope this helps out some people here...

I always had a problem with this too... watch a dozen youtube video's, etc.. and find that your best bet is to let the eggs come to room temp, get the water boiling, add the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, then close the lid and turn it off. In 20 minutes they peel easily. I do get what the other poster said about fresh eggs though, it is true, they are a tougher peel. For some reason the vinegar method works here. I roll them before I peel them too if that is any help. -
Sounds easy enough and yeah I bet these go fast. Thanks!

How do you make these? Sounds like mini BLT bites sort of.
