I didn't think there was here. At least not the civil cases I have been involved with. A poster posted a link that they do, however that was in Texas. So maybe some states do and some don't. Anyways...

Yeah and so are small claims like evictions or like someone owes you money and whatnot....at least the ones I was involved with and I'm in N.C ( if makes a difference). But anyways, thanks for the info

ok, was curious because every claims court (which is also civil right?) I have ever had the pleasure of attending there was no jury. I see that's Texas so figured states do different things so wasn't sure.

Are there even any jurors in a civil case? Thought jurors were there for criminal/appeals etc. Thought just had to convince the judge as for he/she dealt the verdict? I'm not 100% on that but anyways....

Absolutely, Only Patrick M. would likely be before Josh. And for me anyways, I'm not sure that I take P.M over Josh because I believe Josh will still improve even more and that will be SCARY for rest of the league.

That's true, but regarding that Ravens Super Bowl win with Dilfer at QB, Ray lewis and that Defense got the credit. That's all was talked about back then was their Defense. Hardly ever heard Dilfer's name and rightfully so since imo. I would say that was 1 example where the QB didn't get all the credit.

Very true, he did for that game and also was ok that season. Another reason why it was so frustrating how awful he was the following season. While he was a big part of helping break the drought, he certainly didn't help with much of anything after that unfortunately.

Exactly. I'd guess there's not much difference between Packer and Bills. That's assuming Rodgers is still going to be there. I think Ravens/Browns/Tenn are for sure after Bills though.

Yeah this is about where I'm at. Marino had that quick release and strong arm. Kelly may not have had quite as strong of an arm but he definitely did not have a weak arm either. Kelly had the legs more than Marino. Both QB's were great in their time and fought many battles against each other. A true rivalry. Hard to say which was actually better. Looking at the 4 S.B appearances then you could say Kelly, on other hand if looking at passing yards you could say Marino. A toss up to me. Too close to call...l.

To be expected considering the success coming off last season. I'm sure the majority picked is K.C and T.B. with Bills right behind. It is nice for Bills to be viewed as one of those teams for a change. Hopefully this will be the season. Definitely very excited for it to get started.
