I’d hope they’d seriously consider it. If anything, it could be an investment in the trade market the following year......or, maybe some team early in the second would want to trade up?
I guess we need to see the extent of his injury.
With the exception of the Eagles game, every Bills game has been tight going into the 4th quarter so, no.....I don’t expect the Bills to dominate. They have given us no reason through 9 games to believe that they can dominate a game.
There was a little team called the Montreal Canadiens in his way of winning that Cup. The same Canadiens that had a season with only 8 losses during that stretch.
8 losses.
In fact, the Habs lost only 29 games during a 3 year stretch and 46 in the 4 year stretch they won those 4 Cups in.
Most dominating team in NHL history.
If the coaches were truly brain washing him he’d have a lot better ball security when running.
The fact of the matter is Josh Allen is a inaccurate thrower. No more needs to be said. To blame it on the coaching staff is freaking ridiculous.
Why would Allen look the veteran’s way in a critical juncture of the game?
Sorry, but he is NOT better than he was the last quarter of last season.
At all.
In a league where it is not at all hard to pass the ball, we are struggling mightily to do so.
Blame it on whoever you wish to make yourself feel good about it.
Agreed. Daboll’s unwillingness to run the ball was awful.
But so was our QB’s play.
The kid needs to turn it around in a hurry or he will become another in a long line of 1st round QB’s that don’t make it at the next level.
Isn’t this why we used so much draft capital to get Allen? To overcome some things and lead the offense to 20 points every now and then?
Why are we treating Allen like he is just another guy?
And speaking of Daboll being better, the last time he didn’t have Allen under center the Bills put up 41 points.
He’s the damned first round QB. When he is the third best Allen currently playing QB in the NFL.
Freaking Minshew looks 10 times better and he just got benched.
How about when your wide receiver is wide open on a slant or a first down?
How about when your wide receiver is 3 yards behind a defense for a touchdown?
How does that work in the big league?
I’m not anti-Allen but I am more than concerned at this point that he isn’t the answer. I am not impressed with his decision making or accuracy. His ball security is awful.
