  1. If you are relying on your two deep safety for run stop support then your running defense has bigger problems. Henry was going untouched for 5-7 yards a pop. That isnt because of safety play. As for the thread... yeah Cam Lewis has been the bigger problem. I said before the Ravens game, in that "besides Josh Allen who has a big game" thread that Cam Lewis would have to have a big game if we are going to stop the Ravens offense. He didn't and we didnt.
  2. OMG anyone that thinks Josh is going to leave the team has a screw loose.
  3. The Samuel signing is the one that never made sense to me. He is basically Shakir. They don't even know how to use him in the offense because of it.
  4. The Bills didnt have the 6th pick in the draft.
  5. Bills win in a cakewalk blowout. Diggs is still happy because he gets his 8 targets for 59 yards and a TD.
  6. Shakir is already on pace for almost 1k yards. You dont think Coleman and Hollins can combine for a couple hundred more? Coleman already has 126. Yeah, nobody on the team is going to produce Diggs stats individually. At least, not likely. Saying you think 3 people combined would be lucky to produce that much is a little ridiculous though.
  7. Here is some all22 footage of Coleman and comments in an article that was on my MSN feed. Sorry I can't just copy the footage here. https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/nfl/bills-at-ravens-all-22-analysis-keon-coleman-flashes-in-forgettable-loss/ar-AA1rAe4A?ocid=msedgdhp&pc=U531&cvid=88050c9a85fc4a66949bac7f843e9da3&ei=18
  8. I do not. Not when the D cant stop a nose bleed and we were already down two scores. Going down 3 scores is too much a mountain to climb. Josh is almost automatic in that yardage. It was successful on the first drive of the game. Same spot, same yardage, score was 0-0. It made more sense to go for it when they punted then when they actually went for it on the first drive.
  9. Josh is fine. He is protecting himself with the injured hand. Probably coaching also getting through to him that if he gets injured, the season is over. These games are not do or die yet. The guy has played through injury every year. Im sure he notices that it effects his ability.
  10. He only played 9 snaps
  11. He had a good 2022 draft. The rest, he may have gotten one decent player and a bunch of jags. The only true game changer he ever drafted was Allen. Adams is a game changer. He isnt getting someone like that with a 2nd round pick. He never has. Cook is close but its just a RB and he isnt a game changer like Henry or Adams.
  12. If they wanted to make it happen then they could find a way to do it. Beane doesnt do this type of thing though. He goes after mediocre players like Hines. You mean like the 49ers or the Rams?
  13. Im not quite there yet with McD but I did not like his decisions. Punting in that situation was absolutely a bad choice. The team is down 2 scores, defense cant stop a nose bleed. Josh makes that first down most of the time. The team absolutely could not go down by 3 scores. I knew that was going to happen and said it in the GDT.
  14. This is the type of stuff I said last year when everyone was complaining that we werent running small ball.
  15. Funny, I made a thread on this with the youtube version and they moved it into the post game thread. /shrug Coaches were terrible this game. Did not put players in position to succeed. This game was definitely more a coaching failure than it was a player failure.
  16. Is what it is. Maybe Von will appeal and get it reduced some. Get it done and over with. Better now than in the final stretches of the season or playoffs when we might really need him.
  17. Because our line was so crap, they kept extra blockers in and only sent 3 out in pass patterns against 5/6. They arent winning that matchup when the rush still gets there. Nobody could block. Ravens simulated pressure fooled em all and they couldnt figure out what to do about it. They dumped the whole gameplan, no motions or nothing. For reference on how good that speed was, Nick Wright said it was only 0.1 sec slower than Worthy's TD. Thats just insane to keep that speed all the way down the sideline at his age and wear and tear.
  18. What the Bills needed last night was better blocking by the oline so that they didnt have to max protect and still have bad blocking. This team was only sending 3 out receiving to a team that had 5-6 in coverage, while the Ravens still got jailbreak pressure. You arent going to win that matchup. Brady also went away from all our motions and everything. Our entire game plan was thrown in the garbage.
  19. The Bills got out coached from top to bottom. Its that simple. When you put light boxes against heavy sets for almost half of them and expect a good outcome... thats bad coaching.
  20. "The Ravens ran out of heavy sets 82% of the time. The Bills gave light box counts on rushing downs (6 or less in the box) on 41.2% of rushing snaps. Heavy box counts only 8.8% of the time." Just smh.
