  1. Shanahan hasn't gotten it done yet, but his offenses have gone to 3 Super Bowls. 2 of them with Garopollo and a 2nd year QB that was the last pick in the draft. Give Kyle a Josh Allen and see what happens. I guarantee that elusive Allen MVP is as good as won.
  2. Kind of the same. $20 buy-in for a fundraiser. Won the 1st quarter 0-0.
  3. You know what will put the Bills over the top? A safety or d-lineman 🙃 They better get this draft right.
  4. I love Kyle Shanahan, but he's done this before. 28-3 is a PRIME example.
  5. To make matters worse, he got in before Antonio Gates. What a joke.
  6. I thought it was quite funny. He was a bit zealous and and caught Andy by surprise. I don't think he meant to startle him like that.
  7. Clap for em and hope one day the Bills can get over the hump. Enough with the nonsense shoulda coulda wouldas and how Allen is on Mahomes level. He has to win 1 first.
  8. It's so weird in here. The delusion is maddening.
  9. Did he win? And no, those "records" do not count toward a regular season MVP award.
  10. I should have been more specific. Single season records. I'm talking passing yards and TDs. Not these, "1st person to ever do a handstand and complete a pass" type of stats. If CMC ran for 2,000, he'd be the MVP. If Tyreek had 2,000 yards receiving, he likely would have won.
  11. Unfortunately, RBs don't get the respect they deserve. Go have a look at the INT totals for the top QBs in 1988.
  12. Go ahead. What single season records did Josh break this year?
  13. Is everyone done crying yet? There will never be a MVP with an 11-6 team that has committed 23 turnovers, unless they've broken a record of some sort. It's just not happening.
  14. The Ravens have better receivers? It's subjective, I guess but I disagree. And the answer is turnovers.
  15. Riiiight.
  16. Josh would not have led that same Baltimore team to a 13-3 record and the #1 seed.
  17. I don't want to diminish Baker's impact, but I'd credit more of their success to Nick Chubb and the offensive line.
  18. We remember his time in Cleveland differently. He had a good year in 2020, but aside from that he struggled.
  19. Like it or not, you're witnessing greatness. If Josh was going for his 3rd Super Bowl ring right now, you'd all be calling him the greatest player of all time.
  20. He and Ty are a very good 1-2 punch.
  21. There was a lot going on. The Matt Ryan sack that took them out of field goal range to go up 31-3, I think, was a killer. They were snapping the ball with 10 or more seconds left on the play clock and they completed abandoned the run after halftime. Belichick's defense was also lights out that 2nd half. It was a collapse of epic proportions. Still makes me mad.
  22. Above all, I have a good feeling about Adam Peters at GM, which makes me less skeptical about the hire of Quinn. I think Quinn showed great judgment delegating offensive responsibilities to Shanahan in Atlanta and I think he's doing it again with Kingsbury. Kliff isn't stupid and will get monster production out of Robinson and Pitts, barring injury. Of course, a lot depends on what they do at QB, which falls on Peters. I don't know. Strangely, even to me, it just feels like right.
  23. And he may be. I see it as a different scenario than his first stint. I think he's earned a 2nd shot and we'll see where it goes. He might have a Pete Carroll like resurgence, from the *Patriots to the Seahawks. Not likely, but it could happen.
  24. It's as true for Josh and Burrow and it was for Ben, Rivers, Brees and Rodgers. Which means it really isn't.
  25. We get it. You don't like him and think it was a bad hire. Time will tell, right?
