    He's had success with AJ Feely, Kevin Kolb, both Vick and Alex Smith had their best years under him and he developed McNabb. Now, possibly Mahomes. He also was young Favre's OC. Don't sell him short.

    That's the "glass half full" mentality. Me? I'm wondering why this coach and GM seem horribly inept at evaluating and acquiring offensive talent, across the board. Take a quick look at Carolina's offense. This is a pattern.

    Gut feeling - this guy is gonna suck. It's not good to be head-strong when you have yet to experience any success at the NFL level. *This is more insight as to why Rosen wasn't their guy.
