  1. I bring back the baseball analogy, when a pitcher beans a batter. Do hockey players press charges when someone swings their stick at players head in frustration? A lot of you need to find a new sport to watch. Football is violent and skirmishes happen from time to time. Sometimes it goes overboard, but it all stays on the field. I've seen more potentially deadly hits on defenseless receivers than what transpired last night. You guys are ridiculous!
  2. Because the helmet makes a fastball to the nugget safe? A bunch of Helen Lovejoys... Mason Rudolph is fine btw. Loosen the grip on those pearls.
  3. They should build around Rosen. It would behoove them to give Josh a legit shot to prove himself. He has the tools. Build the rest of the roster around him. Phins have 3 good wideouts and a promising tight end. I like Flores as well.
  4. My intention was to compare 2 dangerous acts, moreso than the sports themselves.
  5. An appropriate suspension as Mcsoreley had a history. I'm not saying NOT to suspend Garrett, I'm specifically talking to the fans and their selective outrage. Guy flips a bat in MLB and his next at bat he gets a 90mph fastball toward his head and neck and it's just "a part of the game". I hate the double standard and I hate when fans overreact.
  6. Any number of "legal" crack back blocks are worse than what we saw tonight. Jarvis Landry's hit on Aaron Williams, for example. FAR worse. Evgeni Malkan's swing of his hockey stick. FAR worse. Discipline Garrett for the act, but spare me the outrage.
  7. I'll never get through to most of you, so I'm not going to try. How many games did Evgeni Malkan get for swinging his stick like a samurai sword? Was the act bad? Yes, but ffs, let's not get all Helen Lovejoy.
  8. Brady is 42 and slightly above average at this point in his career. There is no Belichick or Dante Scarnecchia in Buffalo.
  9. Nearly getting killed? Come on, man. Yall acting like Mason Rudolph was on his knees, begging for his life and Myles did him like Negan. Call me old school. Was it dirty? Absolutely, but I'm not going for the "he nearly killed him" bs.
  10. Last week you were probably dismissing glaring problems on this team, while pointing at the 6-2 record. It'll be interesting to hear your take in about 5 weeks.
  11. I knew this would happen. Yet this very board insisted that we didn't need to draft a WR because we were set and that RBs are a dime a dozen, like you could find one in the parking lot. Look at you now. And I'll spare you the suspense. Beane and McDermott will bumble the offensive side of the ball like they have since they arrived.
  12. I'd take Murray, Jones, Allen & Dalton over him for sure. Not sure about Uncle Rico.
  13. By no measurable standard is Josh Allen recognized as playing good football. If you want to give him more time to prove himself, fine. Completely understandable, but don't pretend that what our eyes are seeing is good football. It's not.
  14. Conveniently neglecting to recognize the turnover differential. Weird.
  15. Cowboys, Ravens, Steelers, Pats & Jets still. If this team finishes better than 9-7 I'll be surprised.
  16. Redemption game for Josh. I think this will be his best game of the season. Singletary better see 15-20 touches!
  17. You're not wrong. There are red flags everywhere, but in reality, Allen will get another year or 2 to prove himself as will McDermott.
  18. Should have kept Hopkins over Carpentar, same goes for McLaughlin. This staff has a soft spot for vets.
  19. Talent could have been acquired this past offseason, but the fanbase bought into the narrative that John Brown and Cole Beasley would be enough. The same fanbase that told me D.K. Metcalf was going to be a bust or 2 years ago, that Deshaun Watson was going to fail because he only threw 49 mph at the combine. Remember that one? Go visit the 'trade for Stephon Diggs' thread for a good laugh. I'm starting to think that Bills fans love mediocrity.
  20. Josh is a likeable guy. That said, he isn't a good QB. Time to face facts, folks.
  21. Can't ignore all of the other problems on this team. Hauschka should be cut on monday morning. That's only a part of what's wrong.
  22. Should have kept Dustin Hopkins. This loss isn't solely on Hausch. There is a lot wrong with this team.
